Move over, Judge Judy. There's a new TV courtroom judge coming to town and it's none other than former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.
The onetime vice presidential candidate has been tapped to preside over a new reality court show that would premiere next year. She signed a deal in February with Montana-based production company Warm Springs, a source close to the process tells PEOPLE.

I like Sarah... a lot... but this might be shark-jumping.

I hope her family members are not part of the show.
Judge shows - women love ‘em, men hate ‘em. Palin’s voice is high, whiny, sing-songy, and she speaks in unintelligible run-on paragraphs. Better be a script and a teleprompter. No thanks.
Judge Judy has a net worth of $200 million.
A tenth of that would still be pretty good.
I hope she does well.
(sigh)...Governor, I say this as a friend and admirer....this is far below your dignity.
Sounds dumb...whatever....
WOW. This is sad. It would seem to completely dilute her political prominence forevermore.
UGH, I’d rather see her host a reality outdoorsman show.
So was endorsing Trump ;-)
IMO, Sarah jumped the shark when she declined to run for the AK Senate seat in 2014.
I hope the contract has an exit clause for when Pres. Trump taps her for Sec. of Interior.
I agree. And it makes those of us who have defended her in the past look foolish.
This sounds like nothing other than an opportunity for more enemedia fodder. Sarah is better than this, IMO. Maybe Todd’s recent accident will focus her priorities in a different, more serious direction.
The long simmering debate as to whether she's a person the rest of us should take seriously is resolved unambiguously by Sarah herself.
..she is a bitter caricature of the 2008 Sarah—another tv show is not what she needs IMO...
Unless....and, I shudder at the thought....Trump has established Reality TV as the most viable path to the White House.
What a joke.
