If this were a liberal issue, saving one life would require everyone else in the country give up a certain degree of freedom to prevent it from happening again. Since it is a conservative issue, Kasich’s response, if there is one, will be that this is an outlier and that most illegal immigrants are good hard working people, and we can’t judge them on the actions of one. (even though this plays out, at varying degrees, every day in this country)

Illegal aliens have done a great deal of harm to people in Ohio. Black tar heroin has created havoc in community after community that previously had no heroin problem. All black tar heroin is made and pushed by illegal aliens from Mexico, a form of heroin far more addictive than the cartel's brown heroin.
