Illegal aliens have done a great deal of harm to people in Ohio. Black tar heroin has created havoc in community after community that previously had no heroin problem. All black tar heroin is made and pushed by illegal aliens from Mexico, a form of heroin far more addictive than the cartel's brown heroin.
