Mitt Romney: Ohio Needs to Vote for John Kasich

Mitt Romney returned to the presidential campaign trail Monday to call on Ohio Republicans to back Gov. John Kasich in Tuesday’s primary.

Aides to both Romney and Kasich insisted the appearances didn’t constitute an endorsement, but Mr. Romney urged the audience at an airplane museum here to vote for Mr. Kasich.

“You look at this guy and unlike the other people running, he has a real track record,” Mr. Romney said. “It’s the kind of record that you want in Washington.”

Mr. Romney added, while standing alongside Mr. Kasich on stage here: “This is the guy that Ohio needs to vote for, America is counting on you.”

What I hate most is that Kasick has been up in the polls. Romney comes in the last day and if Kasick wins, Romney will take credit. Ugh! I am sickened more everyday by my vote in 2012. I envy people who voted principle.

His “track record” consists of a devious end-run around the Ohio Constitution and the Ohio Legislature to sign-up millions of new welfare heathcare clients for whom Ohioans will be paying for decades.

The reason for any Kasich rise in the polls is that he has gone into a full panic mode, of “any publicity is good publicity”. He would call for war with Israel or the Vatican if he thought it would buy him headlines.

The reality is that he is turning into a train wreck, not just of his own career, but a cargo train full of establishment ideas that are going to be utterly destroyed as well. So in future, when a RINO proposes one of their own candidates or spouts one of their ideas, they will quickly be told to put a sock in it.
