Trump won 73 percent of the total 471 votes cast in the remote U.S. territory on Tuesday, followed by Ted Cruz with 24 percent, John Kasich at .02 percent and Marco Rubio at .01 percent.
Jason Osborne, the executive director of the Northern Mariana Islands Republican Party, shared results of the winner-take-all caucus early Tuesday morning on Twitter and Facebook.

It's more than just funny, it's weird. If the article is correct and only 471 votes were cast, and Kasich got .02%, then 9/100 of one person voted for Kasich.
Wonder if Rush will talk up this like he did Wyoming.
CNMI may have done this to show they are different from Guam. Saipan is a weird place with some strange unconstitutional laws.
I am glad they went for Trump but the CNMI (Saipan) is about the oddest place you’ll ever visit.
“Trump wins Northern Mariana Islands caucus”
Oh nose there goes FR Cruzers talking point of Cruz winning all the caucuses.
Haven’t heard this on the cable news this morning. Thanks for posting.
they must all be racist over there on that island.
sarc
He’s surging!!!
(rostaCruzian interpretation)
Cruz suffers Humiliating Defeat in the Northern Mariana Islands caucus/fixed.
But but but....Guam...;)
Don’t suppose the MSM is going to claim Trump is now surging ...
I’m a bit confused as to why all these island nations have a say in our primary process, yet are not allowed to vote in the general election. Seems odd to me. Curious.
boy am I embarrassed.
WTH are the Northern Mariana islands?
they have delegates to the US primaries??
you learn so much on this board.
I thought Vietnam was a relatively new country, lol.
the rest i’ll keep to myself!
This doesn’t make any sense. .01 percent of the votes is well under one vote.
They are the Islands who invented marinara sauce. Didn’t you know that? Geesh! Where have you been?
Nah, he won’t mention it. LOL
And my ancestors are all Italian!!
I'm ashamed to admit I was only vaguely aware they are a US Territory, much less had a voting privilege for the nomination.
Nine delegates is a pretty big haul for so few votes. Thumbs up to Corey L for sealing that deal.
If so, Northern Marianas Islands vote might be significant.
nine does sound like a lot!!!
I recall some states having only 26 or so!!
I do believe you are right! Hmmmm!
