Last night the Trump campaign called off their Chicago rally due to security threats.] Leftist protesters cheered, beat Trump supporters, block an ambulance to the local hospital and screamed profanities at families staying at the Trump Hotel.
Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and John Kasich sided with the violent protesters.
Republican endorsements.
American game show host Chuck Woolery lashed out at Senator Ted Cruz after he sided with the violent leftists.
And Second Amendment speaker Jan Morgan withdrew her support from Ted Cruz.

I know I would much prefer to have Trump next to me on the battlefield rather than cowardly Cruz. Any sane person, in their heart, realizes that.
Even if you are trying desperately to win, you don’t side with Soros’ fascist disrupter brown shirts.
It’s like he took stupid pills with his coffee.
I was watching the Judge and there was a snippet of Ted comparing Trump to Hillary by saying he doesnt want the lessor of two evils. He is a slimeball and despicable.
Murder will out, Chaucer said.
Cruz is being lynched by a bunch of Trumpettes, who didn't even bother to hear what he really said. They just picked up the headlines from the mob at the Media, and ran into the streets howling for a necktie party.
Breitbart must be rototilling his grave site about now.
Why do all these people keep saying they think Rubio can rise from the ashes and take Florida? Trump’s been ahead 20 points or more for months.
I don’t understand.
Now he may never recover.
The friend of my enemy is rarely my friend
This is like the migrants in Europe sexually assaulting girls. The government actually came out and told the girls to walk a different route and cover up.
However I do agree that irresponsible rhetoric caused this, the media’s. They’ve called Trump names, said he can’t be allowed to succeed, even threatened him since June. They’ve painted him as Hitler, Mussolini, Satan himself. When the sheeple hear this 24/7 they feel compelled to do something about it.
It’s not just irresponsible journalism, it’s state-sponsored terrorism.
Yup, if he would have just said the first part, Cruz would have been fine but he had to throw in the second part with weasel words. That's what got Cruz in so much trouble.
And really, the leftist narrative has been building for awhile about the so called "culture" of Trumps gatherings but I read yesterday someone who has watched all his rallies, said there was very little other than the leftists that have tried to disrupt them or continue to try to disrupt them. They said people have been good at Trump's rallies and Trump emphasized that tonight in KC.
The disruptions are all coordinated as to create this "culture" at his rallies so it can be parroted as truth and it is not. The left is pretty evil when it comes to things like this and so many fall for it time and time again. Cruz was stupid to add the weasel words like he did and also fall for the leftist's tactics.

Trump has done nothing wrong nor has he caused any of this. Since the beginning its always been the violent left starting it all. His offer to pay legal fees was in context of self defense. All the alleged provocative comments your Slick-talking lawyer selectively edits were made in the context of self-defense.
Bottom line, as another poster stated: Blaming Trump for the Chicago riots is like blaming a Youtube video for Benghazi.
Ted has become his own stooge.
He is not a strong enough leader to be President."
Yeah - I think that's exactly it, what's been revealed.
And it goes to what a lot of us (at least me - but I don't think I'm the only one nor was it rocket science of the intuitive kind) have been saying/sensing all along -> "Cruz better on paper, Trump will be effective though, and Cruz won't /can't". I thought that before it started looking like he might be getting bought as this thing goes along ... he's been showing his inability to lead people all along. And that doesn't make him a bad person - doesn't make leaders good people ... just means ... some can lead and manage, others can't.
There's more to the presidency (and fixing the country) than 'being a perfect on paper conservative.' Cruz is beginning to look good only on paper, and this isn't the first hint of it.
He's a lot of good things, but he's an awful manager and probably therefore not a good leader - that is - his ideas, perfect as they may be - remain just that - ideas - the equivalent of farts in the wind. THAT means we might get a perfect checkmarks president but we'll be no where in 8 years, and 'no where' means ... it's over by then. This country really has one last chance to caulk the damn to give it time to reinforce it.
Sorry, you only get one gloating post per night.
Whine at me tomorrow and you’ll get another.
. . . which was the only thing to do.stood strong on speech.
Speech is just talking. Unless of course you mean serious speech, in whichThe missing element in your analysis is the fact that listeners have rights. Listeners dont have to pay attention to you or me, or Donald Trump. They voluntarily decide to listen to somebody, and if they are prevented from hearing - by anyone other than the speaker, who may (for example) charge a fee - that violates their rights.
- somebody actually listens, and
- the speaker says something that somebody with power and/or muscle disagrees with.
It is very far from being the case that Trump - and people who disagree with Trump - are the only persons whose rights are at issue in this case. The people who disagree with Trump have a right to express their own opinions to anyone who is willing to listen. They do not have a right to prevent me from listening to Trump if I wanna. Not in a free republic.
Condemning the uncivil behavior is the only legitimate, prudent discussion of the matter. If you dont like Trumps policies, or the way he talks - but cant charge him with inciting to riot - then you have to shut up about it. That actually helps Trump, of course. But Them, as comedian Jimmy Durante used to put it is the conditions that prevail.
This event - and Cruz gratuitous criticism of Trump in the context of it - makes Trumps nomination even more likely than it already was.
Cool!!!
I would like to be on your list as well.
He did say that rougher rhetoric leads to rougher behaviour (and that holds most anywhere), and it was time to tone it down a little.
No one is blaming the actions of a bunch of Communists on anyone but the Communists, unless you are putting words in Cruz's mouth saying he is. But that won't change the fact he didn't.
Leftists riot. It's what they do.
Let us see:
I lost catfish1957 but gained ConfidentConservative; tatown; Luircin; and RKBA Democrat.
Fair trade, I suppose. :)
More than fair. :-)
The Sunday talk shows will be interesting!
