I find Cruz numbers strange...
....Time has Cruz way below Trump, hardly even viable

I was hitting "mute" a lot during tonight's debate...three of the four just grated me....Cruz with that shrill metallic register to his voice (argh), Rubio with that robotic, rapid-fire, machine-gun volleying of words pouring out twice as fast as the normal rate of talking by average Americans...and Kasich with that monotonous, boring triteness emanating from his Carly Fiorino face.

I didn't mute Mr. Trump all night, heheh.

Cruz is a champion in the Graeco-Roman wrestling style. These debates follow cage wrestling rules. That’s why he loses.

Cruz is not the great debater. There is just no “there” there, after all.

As a tactical campaigner Cruz can add and subtract, do the math, but he is not superior to TRUMP or Rubio in a primary debate.

No, I’ll have to take a look at it.

The only book touching the New Deal that I’ve read in recent years is Thomas Fleming’s The New Dealer’s War. We owe the old Congressional conservative coalition a debt for throwing a wrench into FDR’s wildest power grabs.

Rubio must have been listening to the same morons that advised Romney in 2012. He was gaining so momentum until 3 or 4 debates back when he decided to go after Trump, with stupid attacks about even his hands?

Before he became an attack dog for the GOP insiders, he was attacking Hillary Clinton and getting big applause. Cruz said she was unqualified to lead because she called the family of the men murdered in Benghazi liars. He mentioned that she broke the law using a private insecure email.

If he stayed attacking her and not Trump, let Trump and Cruz insult each other, Rubio might be in position to win now.

I was especially touched by the guy in the wheelchair in a hurricane being hit by lightning holding up his Will Work for Marco sign.

Trump says we will build new factories here.

All others panic because the cheap China goods might cost more. It’s this mentality of giving the bully your lunch money so he won’t hit you that’s killed our economy.

If China charges more we can buy from Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, etc. Free market works in other places other than the U.S.

As people who support Trump on this thread have clearly shown, you people don’t listen and/or you are obviously not seeing what is there and ignoring what is.

To say Cruz has no platform is laughable. I mean, gut busting laughing here. That someone could be that ignorant....or maybe you are the low informed and under educated person Cruz was speaking about? Because it seems to be the case. You aren’t even living in reality, are you?

REally? Sounds right to me, actually. But, DRUDGE is weird tonight. It’s been the same “Results” for two hours and I can not get through, just to let you know.

The impression I got from CNN was trump was “low energy”. Then I switched to Fox, which seemed to have a more positive assessment of him and the debate overall.

Personally, I thought this was Trumps best debate. I thought he knocked it out of the universe on islam.

I thought ted tried to continue in attack dog mode. I didn’t like it.

Rubio doesn’t matter, and John Kasich just annoyed the crap out of me by answering every question with oh I did that in Washington and then I went to Ohio and did it there too.

it was a good debate, I really enjoyed watching it surprisingly, and I thought Trump smashed it.

currently yes..

however the senate may not stay in republican control. And when it comes to rejecting things that could affect the establishments way of doing things they find a spine and refuse to pass it.

The Obama Justice Department has tried to criminalize speech critical of Muslims and Climate Change. They have gone so far as to refer the issue to the FBI. Loretta Lynch, the AG, said so in a US Senate Hearing this week.

For that reason alone, you vote for whom ever the GOP nominee is over Clinton/Sanders.

I respectfully disagree. I don't believe the feckless GOP deserves that level of loyalty. Always vote your conscience not your feeling or fears! But regarding the criminalization of free speech this:

If I was Cruz I would have relentlessly attacked Kasich. He is ripe for an intellectual beating!

Thanks, Irish Eyes. I just now was getting ready to post.
I just voted. Been blocked for an hour and a half. I could get “results”, but could not get my vote to go past buffering.

Funny, though it is stuck now at where it has been for so long! How can that be?
