Keep defending Conservatism....
And truth!!
I dread this fall.... liberals are already being evil.
I don’t see where establishment has won any caucuses...
It was my contention that the GOPe has a much tighter grip on Caucuses vs Primaries. You obviously see it as true Conservatives voting, but I see it as fellow travelers of the GOPe voting.
Certain members of the GOPe have said they will try to get Hillary elected if Trump wins the nomination.
Do Cruz wins the Caucuses more often than Trump, and Trump wins the primaries.
BTW: I was under a false impression when I said there were a lot more Caucuses coming up. I was wrong.
Food for thought, whether you disagree with this or not.
You're absolutely right. They engage more in using the levers of power at the state level to malign, marginalize, and badmouth their unchosen candidates.
As an example, a friend of mine in Florida says he gets three or four 4-color glossy campaign flyers in the mail each day from the RNC badmouthing Trump.
And while the RNC might not be agile enough to fraud the vote, I think unfriendly governors can definitely make a difference in the vote counts.
Gotta tell ya though it was a huge mistake for Donald not to do C-pac. Marco gave a really good speech even with the Flu. He answered questions from Dana bash, cnn, of all people! She was in the lions den very hostile audience for her. It was humorous but he came off really well. After all conservatives are not as crass unruly and idiotic as the hard lefties are.
I've had two friends in the Orlando area tell me the exact same thing. I still remember what Romney did to Newt in Florida. The smoke didn't clear for days. I hope Trump has an acute awareness of the power of the threat awaits him in Florida.
I don't know about CPac as far as Trump goes. Levin has been brutal and unhinged regarding Trump for a couple months now. I don't think Trump had a chance of changing any minds there. The Principled Conservatives don't think much of him. But still you may be right. He certainly is not afraid to show up anywhere!
Since I have posted this I found out that c-pac may have been a hit for Trump, now its hard to say if he should have gone or not.
Seems they had a bunch of “surprises” for him.
Dirty politics this time around.
