the Federal Bureau of Investigation has taken custody of Jerry DeLemus, a New Hampshire Tea Party activist who previously made trips to Nevada to take part in the Bundy Ranch stand-off and the federal forestry building seizure in Oregon two months ago, according to reports.
DeLemus faces nine federal charges including conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States, threatening a federal law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, attempting to impede or injure a federal law enforcement officer and several firearms charges, when he was in Nevada to support the Bundy family at the ranch.
According to the indictment, DeLemus was a “mid-level leader and organizer of the conspiracy who, among other things: recruited, organized, trained and provided logistical support to gunmen and other Followers and organized and led armed patrols and security checkpoints.”
According to Jack Kimball, the former chairman of the New Hampshire GOP, state Rep. Susan DeLemus, R-Rochester, Jerry’s wife, called him and said they had taken custody of him today (March 3, 2016).
“She said that the FBI just rolled up with lots of vehicles and Agents who were in tactical gear,” Kimball wrote on Facebook earlier this morning. ”They forced their way into Jerry DeLemus and Sue’s condo with weapons drawn and arrested Jerry and took him away.”
Kimball said he believed the custody was connected to the Bundy Ranch incident and asked “all NH patriots to come together ASAP” to ”protest this tyranny in the most visible way possible.”
Kimball said he would update his friends on Facebook after receiving more information.
“A good and Patriotic Marine is now being prosecuted for standing up for Liberty,” he noted.
A media relations officer at the FBI Boston office referred all questions about the charges to the Department of Justice. The U.S. DOJ has not returned an email request to Patch.
Even as a Trump supporter, you need to follow the law. We will see how this turns out.

I have no idea if these charges are valid. There really isn’t enough information.
Nowhere in the article does it say ANYTHING about his being a supporter of Donald Trump, but with you “nick” it’s never about the truth is it! Cruzer’s Uber Alles, Heil Teddy, right “nick.” Enjoy your ride, because in eleven days it’s over. Then both you and Teddy will once again be irrelevant.

Lastly, despite all the flack you and others give me for being a conservative, I won't support socialists. Romney lost in 2012, no you want to nominate Romney on steroids. When will it be enough? We've had McCain, Romney, and now maybe Trump, what liberal will you drag out in 2020? Why not just cut out the middleman and vote for Hillary as the GOP nominee?
So, if this guy supported ANYONE else for President, or was completely disgusted by them all, would that have been ‘news’ enough to make the title of this piece?

First of all, I pulled up the original article and even in the title on it, there was NO MENTION of Donald Trump (nor was there in the text either). So you had to “create” the title. “Thirdly,” whom DO you support? Boobio? Kasich? Not many alternatives left except Hillary in the General.
So who’s “misrepresenting the situation?” Given your ongoing adversity to Trump here, one comes to the conclusion that you colored this situation to your liking.

I am not claiming to know the details of the incident but if they pointed their guns at the Feds or verbally threatened them then those are crimes.
So What? We have a Vice System which will punish and incarcerate good people because of a totally unjust corrupt legal system (unconstitutional “laws” and “regulations” to control Free Speech, etc).
The cabal that controls our so-called “Justice “System kill the Good (LeVoy) and use them as examples (D”Souza) so that the totalitarian elites can control all Speech and Thought and Attitudes, like they do on campuses and in our indoctrination systems (public skools) where they are normalizing vice and pagan religions. Only Truth (Christianity) is banned from our public square-—which is UNCONSTITUTIONAL-—as they promote Satanism and their Rituals of sodomy and killing babies (and selling baby-parts).
It is evil-—that is why. Justice is the Queen of Virtue and Just Laws ONLY promote “public virtue” always. We have known crooks and killers and rapers like Clintons who go untouched——and laugh at the “good, decent” people who hate tyranny. The “Just Laws” (lol) are such now that they can incarcerate anyone they want.
Our “legal” system is SO unconstitutional now, it is a JOKE and Good is Evil, and Slavery is Freedom and Up is Down and sodomizing others is a NATURAL RIGHT from GOD——and in OUR Justice system only God-Given Natural Rights exist-—which are UNALIENABLE. Now we have a Satanic Vice System which pretends to be an American “Justice” System and Natural Law (Reason/Science) and God’s Laws have been totally REMOVED which is unconstitutional.
