Insiders: Convention is only chance to stop Trump

The only way Republicans can stop Donald Trump from capturing their party’s presidential nomination will be if they go to the July party convention without a clear standard-bearer. I don’t see how we are going to get out of this predicament. Non-Trumpers won’t vote for Trump and Trumpers won’t vote for the establishment candidate. Both sides seem dug in.

We're moving into the winner-take-all portion of the primary. Some people are already forecasting Trump reaching the delegate threshold.

In the debate last night Trump said he hasn't even started on Clinton yet, in response to remarks that polls show the others more likely to beat Clinton.

I expect Trump to draw out the worst in Clinton's personality. Imagine what he'll do if she comes back late from a break during a debate? Imagine if his barrages wear her down and she collapses on stage from poor health? Imagine if Clinton demands that they be given stools to sit on during the debates? Imagine if Clinton refuses to debate?

A lot will happen between the conventions and November to move the dug-in supporters one way or another.

Those ‘insiders’ need to stop calling themselves republicans and start their own party.
They are not welcome or wanted in our Republican party

Good Point the Stop Trump movement only adds to the mystique of going with TRUMP. I am angry, I want TRUMP, I want a Wall, and Muslim Immigration stopped. Tax reform for business and Trump will get that done.

These guys only care that power is kept within the globalist uniparty. They do not care if it is Hillary. As long as Trump or Cruz do not get in to upset the apple cart of corruption and treason.
