If it gets to that point, it will mean they are trying to steal the nomination from Trump who will have the most delegates and received the most votes. So if not Trump, who could they possibly select that won’t blow up the party and give the election to Hillary?
Stealing the nomination from Trump at the convention will have just one result. President Hillary. But they don't care. They'd rather see Hillary win than Trump...after all Hillary's a member of their club.
The convention will not matter. Trump will get over the delegates needed.

They like the media in general want a melt down to occur, I don't see it happening, Trump will be the nominee. He who has the most votes wins. And Trump could put California in play in the general election. People have had it with Democrats and Republicans.
Or it will be GOTTERDAMMERUNG for the Republican Party as we know it now.

I don’t see how we are going to get out of this predicament. Non-Trumpers won’t vote for Trump and Trumpers won’t vote for the establishment candidate. Both sides seem dug in.
Exactly...If they do what is feared, it would, IMO, cause creation of another party...A real party...Unlike the T.E.A. Party that attempted to begin...
Two ways to look at that. The will of the people be damned is one.
The people are wrong and we as their elected representatives are obligated to act in their best interest by denying them what they want is the other.
