Federal agents have arrested Jerry DeLemus, a local Tea Party leader who stood with Cliven Bundy's armed resistance at his ranch in Nevada in 2014, in connection with the standoff and alleged assault.
DeLemus is facing nine federal charges based on an indictment brought in Nevada, including conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States, threatening a federal law enforcement officer, assault on a federal officer, obstruction of justice, attempting to impede or injure a federal law enforcement officer, interference with interstate commerce by extortion, and several firearms charges, according to court records.
At a court appearance Thursday afternoon in Concord, an overflow crowd of DeLemus supporters forced officials to move the proceedings to a larger room on the third floor of the courthouse. Supporters broke out in applause as DeLemus was led in the courtroom; he turned to blow them kisses......
The crowd sang "God Bless America" Thursday as DeLemus was led out of the courtroom. Supporters held hands and joined in prayer outside the door to courtroom 4 declaring "Tyranny has come to New Hampshire" and "This is not my America."
State Rep. Susan DeLemus R-Rochester, confirmed that FBI agents arrested her husband Thursday morning. Fighting back tears, she told Union Leader that was all she would say about the arrest at this point.
Jack Kimball, a former state GOP chairman and a Tea Party leader, wrote on social media that DeLemus said the FBI agents forced their into his condo with weapons drawn.
DeLemus is also co-chairman for Veterans for Donald Trump in New Hampshire.
U.S. District Court Judge Andrea Johnstone said a detention hearing will be held for DeLemus on Monday at 2:30 p.m. in U.S. District Court in Concord......

When the FBI launched their investigation of the incident, the first person they interviewed was Sheriff Gillespie. The second interview was with asst Sheriff Lombardi, who was in charge of the scene there on April 12, 2014. All of Police/Sheriff officers on the scene were interviewed.
People lose sight of the fact that local law enforcement were the first to be threatened that day by Warlord Bundy and his militia.

Alex Joye of Meridian, Idaho, is reporting that the four Idahoans on the list will face arraignment tomorrow morning (Friday) at 9:30 AM at the Federal District Court Building at 550 W. Fort St. Suite 400, Boise, Idaho in front of Judge Candy Dale.
Please show up in support of these 4 regular blue collar Idaho family men and their families. They are being targeted for political reasons and the Obama Government is exhausting Taxpayer resources on Mormon Ranchers grazing cattle and those who take a defensive posture in an attempt to mitigate another Federal Government Massacre like Ruby Ridge and Waco, Texas (among many others).
We need to recognize that the war on the West is escalating and that the feds are doing everything in their power to intimidate us into submission. How many more of our brothers and sisters will we allow to be kidnapped and thrown in cages before we rise up and fight back?

The only ones who care are the arrested peasants, their families and their friends.
King George got it wrong. The English parliament just needed to make EVERYTHING "against the law" - then they could have picked and chosen the laundry list of "serious federal crimes" to charge the "bad" colonials with, and gone and picked them up individually with squads of soldiers.

Cavalier claimed command over 20 men which is a small platoon which is commanded by a 2nd or 1st Lieutenant.
DeLemus claimed command over 100 men which is a Company and the Company Commander is a Captain or Major.
Cliven Bundy was the General and his sons were Colonels.
The BLM was acting on a court order from a judge to seize the stock.
BLM sought Sheriff Gillespie's help to carry out the seizure. Gillespie thought that the court order was dated and insisted that BLM go back to court and get a fresh court order, which they did, delaying the seizure for a couple of months.
But, at this point, the stock has still not been seized.
I saw an article/youtube where the authorities used people’s facebook posts against them and charged them with crimes.
