Donald Trump took home the most wins on Super Tuesday, making it even harder for those in the Republican party looking to stop him from taking the party nomination.
John Dickerson, anchor of "Face the Nation" and CBS News political director, spoke with Scott Pelley about if it is even possible to stop him now.
There's a lot of talk about stopping Donald Trump, but how practical is that?
It's a long shot. There is definitely motivation. I asked someone involved in the anti-Trump effort to rank the Republican panic on a scale of one to ten, and he said 11. But harnessing that panic requires politicians and party regulars to organize themselves quickly, and there's no leader in this effort. It requires them to take a big risk.

while I am a Cruz supporter, I will vote for Trump.
the hypocrisy in the GOPe is not that they are calling into question his past liberal comments.
They are FIERCELY against his conservative policies should he get elected.

If there's any single thing that identifies a Trump supporter, it's the commitment to destruction of the GOP.
They’re screwed. If they come out and apologize to the people and ask for forgiveness the people will tell them to go to hell. So, they’re only hope for survival is to get on the Cruz train after they’ve done everything they can to destroy him. Hopefully Cruz will tell them to go to hell and I sure hope Cruz’s supporters will tell them to go to hell.
So, in short, they’re screwed.
It was a brilliant move on Trump’s part. He kept threatening third party and that forced them to get him to sign the pledge that they, too, had to sign.
