Where has Trump said this? I hear a lot of you Trump followers hanging assumptions about what he is going to do based on nothing more than wishful thinking and personal deduction. I hear Trump say he is going to build a wall - make Mexico pay for it - without a single viable stated plan or specific on how he plans to make that happen. Everything I read is from followers who assert Trump will do this or do that, but they cannot give me any plans or specifics Trump himself has revealed.
