Thank you - I appreciate the more civil discourse.

Cruz is trying to win like all the rest - it was unavoidable that they would start going after each other.

Cruz hurt himself by having a few foolish zealots in his campaign (the Carson fiasco, and the latest one, which slips my mind - but in the great scheme of things they’re minor screw ups.)

The other drawback he has is that he comes across as too cerebral, whereas Trump is more Joe six pack.

But on issues and consistency, I have to go with Cruz.

We’ll see what happens next Tuesday - if he doesn’t carry Texas, it’s over. If he does well and carries another state or two, he’ll continue.

I live in California so for me it’s a spectator sport. By the time I get to vote the decision will have been made.
