Rick Scott was on Fox News a few weeks ago saying that the person Florida would vote for would bring jobs to Florida. hmmmm.

I really think Rick Scott has done an OUTSTANDING job for the economy of Florida.
He is hated by the media, and a whooooole lot of the brain dead voters mimic what the fake journalists say.

Doesn’t sound like an official float to me. Sounds like Scott leaking hoping someone will pay attention

My feeling is Trump picks a soft RINO or a no namer.
Trumps ego is to big to share the ticket with a big name.

Scott has been an exceptional governor and has excelled in the face of mind-boggling animus from the press and a constant barrage of lies from the left.
Even so, he presents the wrong optics for a national race and his time at Columbia/HCA would become the only talking point the national media would talk about.

What about some financials guy, like Larry Kudlow?
I know, I know. He was SDS when in his school days. But I don’t care about the crap “oh, he was a commie/democrat in 1969!” stuff. I am living right now. And this guy know finances et all.
Or what about Giuliani? I know, I know. RINO.
But... really less so these days. I want a financials person or someone who is on good terms with our police. Any ideas of who fits one of these two genres? Whoever it is, I want a tough cookie, not some whimpy.

I am a Cruz supporter but I think Trump could nail the nomination just by floating or even mentioning that he would consider the following:
Scott Walker - VP
Sen Cruz - SCOTUS
Carson - Surgeon General
Gulliani - Attorney General
Palin - Sec Interior
Rand - Sec Treasury
Bolton - Sec State

Rick Scott is a pretty good governor but he is very unpopular despite being elected and reelected.

Between now and Donald's announcement of veep choice, the names of each and every favorite son in each and every state of the union will be FLOATED.
This happens EVERY presidential election.
It's part of "brand-building", a game all politicians and/or supporters indulge in when given the opportunity to build someone up.
No one should get excited over this....as we type, there's probably similar articles popping up all over the fruited plane touting the state or local politician de jour for vice-president.
No one should get excited about these deliberate floats, even if they float your own particular boat.
