Unfortunately, I responded to many incidents during my career as a firefighter after the police had reported that someone was dead. Unfortunately, the police incorrectly identified people as dead on several occasions.

We know that pharmaceutical companies “reward” doctors for prescribing their medications. Last I checked, anti-rejection drugs are pretty pricey. Conflict of interest?

Wow, pretty quick to get the organs harvested. I think this is going on all the time. Hospitals and insurance companies don’t have to operate or treat injured patients. The hospitals can charge a butt load for the organ. Everyone wins. Well, almost.

makes you wonder how many organs are harvested from others who are "mostly dead"It never did make sense that they were harvesting dead organs. Makes you wonder why people aren't more skeptical about signing up to be organ donors.
