Matt Drudge of The Drudge Report teased the political and media establishment with a graphic seemingly vindicating his online polls after Donald Trump’s strong victory in the South Carolina presidential primary.

“OMG!” Drudge wrote on Twitter, captioning a graphic of the current delegate tally in the Republican presidential primary. “Looks like the latest DRUDGE REPORT poll results! How can that be?” He punctuated the message with a winking kiss emoji.

You got that right! And why a VP needs to be selected VERY carefully.

i wonder if hillary and bernie have spent that much so far on their campaigns.

if not, that would mean the GOPe has spent more to defeat the leading republican then the entire democrat party

and they wonder why people are flocking to Trump

2 primary wins, 6 to go. Trump’s name may be the ONLY name placed in nomination, under their own rules. What will the establishment do, if no other candidate wins 8 primaries and their name can’t be placed into nomination?

What happens when the establishment nominates someone anyway who is NOT the peoples’ choice? According to their rules for the convention, delegates are NOT bound to the primary winner.

Interesting article on what tricks they COULD pull (I know, salon but interesting anyways). If they do, that’s the end of the GOP.

Watch out, the Establishment will try other tricks if Trump has the delegates. They may have to maybe even credentials and rules committees to change the seating of delegates and how someone wins the nomination when we get to Cleveland in July.

Its been done before in the ‘smoke filled rooms’ days of the past.

That was written in September, and imagined a wider watering down of the delegates.
Since then the Republican field has narrowed to just five candidates (Three effectively) so there won’t be a flock of delegates for eight percenter candidates.
