My observations on the Republican Primary
Fedupjohn

My observations on the Republican Primary.

The pattern of isolating one player at a time before taking them out, that Trump is using is very calculating.

He and his team studied each of the other candidates, their strengths and weaknesses and what they had to do to continue.

He used that information to egg them on and to let them expend money and energy to attrite each other, while he continued to suck up all the news cycles.

Mark Simone on 770 WABC Radio NY said to best the other day.

To paraphrase him, "South Carolina likes to see if you can take a punch before they will vote for you.

The 4 min takedown of both, Jeb Bush and Ted Cruz with no response sealed the deal".

Also the rant against George Bush & the Iraq War effectively took George out of the campaign as he had to cancel all his scheduled Townhalls in SC.

Now who is left, lets start with the 2 who aren't any threat, John Kasich & Ben Carson.

There is no need to be concerned them and they still have some use to suck up establishment votes.

NEXT TARGET....Marco Rubio. He has been the "Plan B" of the Donor Establishment, in case America still had a bad taste for their "Plan A" guy, Jeb Bush.
As the big donors move over to him, both they and him will be in the crosshairs of Team Donald.
Now that the Bush Family has been removed for the National Stage, Marco is target #1 and will not know what hit him.

In conclusion, it is in the best interests of Trump, Cruz, Kasich & Carson to take out Rubio and I think we will start to see that happening started in the next couple of days.

Just my Opinion Fedupjohn

Those who follow Rubio and Cruz, are ideologs that come from the same CAMP. If they would have united... and selected ONE, Trump would not have won.

The modern definition of a politician is: someone with no principles, who will sell out any position, with limitless flexibility in order to be friends with all the right sort of people.

Trump is an old-style politician: he figures our how to achieve his goals, given the situation in which he finds himself. He's just flexible enough, but ruthless, and he gets what he wants.

What we also need to bear in mind is that Trump is not a Republican, and Trump is not a conservative. He is sharp, and a slick talker, and makes deals... THAT was the same talk that got Obama elected who knew how to SELL to his constituents when he started.

Trump sees Rubio as the easiest target and seems to be saving him for last. He never hits Rubio very hard.

Trump said yesterday that he is dispatching his army of volunteers to Texas. He is going for the headshot to take out Rafael. Just my opinion.

I put it this way: Trump worries about #2. When it was Carson, he destroyed poor Ben. Then came Crus, and "pow." All along, though, he saved some ammo for media darlings, slapping Yeb and Carly without breaking a sweat.

Now comes Rubes. And DOWN GOES RUBIO. DOWN GOES RUBIO!

Ben isn’t destroyed.....although Cruz tried.

Ben seems content, amiable and still in the run.

Trump won’t bother Rubio is my guess.

Trump has no pattern to predict.

Cruz is 100% predictable, the day he stops posturing as a preacher politician is the day he might be a threat.

America has lost their faith in politicians, especially the proffesional types that use a bible, its a smell like bad body odor.

I think it goes beyond your thoughts. Who is the most vulnerable to the pent-up anger of the electorate in general? Focus more on the biggest threat and at the time it was Bush because of all the money.

Now Rubio finds himself in the establishment hot seat with the exit of JEB!. When you figure that over 60% of the SC vote went to insurgents and Cruz neck and neck with him, I see a multi-front barrage coming to Rubio’s real record, despite his ability to try and paint a far different picture.

The establishment hates Cruz more than Trump. They want Rubio but know Trump will make deals. Touch and go amnesty has already been mentioned and how he will make deals with congressional leaders. As Carter said they know he is “malleable”.

I am just thankful that Ted is getting an education on how to run a campaign. He can come back in 8 years and try not to be such a d*ckhead.

“Trump is not a Republican”

Is that supposed to be bad?

The republican budget that was just passed funds Obamacare, funds planned parenthood and funds the relocation of Syrian refugees to the US.

Your post is 100% nonsense.

Nope.

Restoring the Constitution and limiting the government at Washington is the OPPOSITE of transnationalism and perpetual overseas war.

Cruz (or at least the image he projects) and Rubio are polar opposites, only joined together by the illusory Conservative Movement™.

I like Carson but he is not presidential timber. Fifth in a field of four. He will not get traction.
