Wow. That “results by county” is unbelievable. Just, wow.

Ted Cruz made a big mistake getting involved with lunatic Glenn Beck and not just up on stage in Iowa. I suspect Beck has been giving Cruz plenty of advice behind the scenes. Beck prolly flooded Cruz with so much anti-Trump trash talk that Cruz had to tell him...ENOUGH! It was driving him crazy.

I’m on the communist Left Coast, but what is that other Rubio area? Charleston?

Yeah, Ted needed to do a lot better than he did today and he’s lost his mojo. Something had better jump-start Cruz or else he’ll be out. Iowa isn’t ever enough.

Trump or Cruz should do an ad with a Rubio puppet. So many special interest strings. Keep adding strings to Rubio.

This says it all!!! I was dead right on target....A vote cast for Ted Cruz is a wasted vote!!! If Cruz was ever nominated...he will not be, any Democrat will slaughter him politicaly in the general electio!!! Here are the hard facts:

- Donald John Trump - 339,851 votes

- Marco Rubio - 165,881 votes

- Ted Cruz - 164,790 votes

Take note, folks, I correctly predicted that Trump would finish first in South Carolina, Rubio would finish second & Cruz would finish third!!! Ted Cruz has seen his best days!!! Bottom Line: At the end of the day as my British friends like to quot so often....”Honesty Is The Best Policy”!!! You Cruz gals & guys, need a serious reality check!!! I told ya so!!!

What about that NBC/WSJ poll that showed Cruz 5 points behind Trump, the one that made Rush Limbaugh salivate over and talk about over and over and over?

And highlight and reference and wonder?

I want Trump to win.

But I also want Cruz beating Rubio.

There are other ways Cruz can serve the US.

Commander-in-Chief isn’t it though.

Being a constant thorn in the libs side in the Senate serves as a good starting point.

Did Rubio win the counties with the most gay bathhouses?

Is that a pic of Trump replacing the stars with little Trumps?
You all were warned that Trump is a Shill. Now I will sit back and wait for him to rape the conservatives.
God Save US From Trump.

Funny how the Cruzbots turned on their “goddess”, Sarah Palin, for their new “god”, Ted, huh? Hypocritical losers.

Low information voters take many, many shapes, sizes and colors.

I suspect the game plan at this point is to continue to raise funds, which will be used for his senate re-election campaign ala mccain.

He’ll need the money.

I really like the guy and I think he would be an outstanding president.

But facts are facts. He campaigns like he’s holding a seminar after church. I expected more energy, more passion, and more willingness to take on the libs head on.

Wish it were different, but between Trump and Rubio, Trump is an easy choice.

We are seeing another version of “Hope and Change”, but I fear that this time Republicans are projecting themselves and their beliefs on a candidate, who may or may not be true to his word, once elected.
I dislike all the name calling and blustering that is contained in many of the comments on this forum.

It's strange how the tone changes during the election cycle. Previously, posts were supportive of the conservative standard bearers during the shared struggle against the oppressive, authoritarian Obama regime. Posters here cheered the stands taken by Carson and Cruz.

Yes, moderate Republicans failed to stand with conservatives in their effort to stop the drive to destroy our Republic. Yes, we are all sorely disappointed, but is this a reason to eat our own. Is this a reason to start calling our allies names and deriding them for not being pure enough conservatives.

I fear the angry tone will cause us to fragment when we finally have a nominee. I also believe there are those on this forum (new and old) who have that purpose as their goal. I also believe this same thing took place during the last two presidential election cycles.

Many stayed home because the candidate they had selected during the the primary withdrew or lost. They considered the nominee too moderate or liberal. We seem to stand strong during the interim congressional elections and elect Tea Party conservatives. But then, when nonconservative Republicans disappoint us, we demagogue not only those who disappointed us, but also our standard bearers.

I have a presidential preference and will vote for that choice in the primary, if he is still a candidate when I get to vote. I also know that whoever is the Republican nominee will receive my vote in the general election.

The alternative is a socialist dictatorship, with a leftist judiciary majority supporting the further destruction of our Republic.

My one hope is that if Trump is the eventual nominee, and elected, he will truly take conservative stands to restore our American Republic.

The alternative is that our party will have swallowed the promise of “Hope and Change”, in a different guise, and we will once again be betrayed and disappointed.

Remember the South Carolina Primary was an open primary, and Democrats are helping us determine our nominee. Who do you think they voted for in the SC primary.

Pray for our Republic. Call for a Convention of States, and Restore Our American Republic.
