Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton, who struggles with perceptions of dishonesty in polls, said Thursday that she didn’t believe she had ever told a lie and vowed to do her best to be honest going forward.
Jimmy Carter famously pledged to the American people, “I will never lie to you.” Asked if she could give a similar promise in an interview with CBS News, Clinton didn’t quite go there.
“You’re asking me to say, ‘have I ever [lied]?’ I don’t believe I ever have. I don’t believe I ever have. I don’t believe I ever will. I am going to do the best I can to level with the American people,” Clinton told anchor Scott Pelley.

How about when he sat in front of a roaring fireplace (his fireside “chat”) and lectured the American people who were standing in line to get gasoline that “Get used to it - there IS NO MORE OIL”.

I agree. To her, it's all about what can be proven or disproven in court. Because the ends justify the means in her mind, the truth is what she believes it is, and a lie is what she believes it is. But she's well aware that the legal system might not see it quite that way. So it's parse, parse, parse and dance on the head of a pin.
Self-preservation is pretty instinctive for most animals. But this creature has got it down to cold science.

My only fear relative to Hillary Clinton is that she will not be the nominee. Any of the Republican candidates will beat her easily, even Donald assuming he is a Republican.
What one must never forget is that Obama is a 100% Marxist ideology. He hates Hillary on a personal basis but will gladly support her because his ideology and hers are very very very much the same. The day that he thinks she can not win is the day he will plunge the Marxist knife in her back. That happened two weeks ago and will continue. The New York Times, Washington Post, and Los Angeles Times have been printing articles recently that fairly evaluated her candidacy in the light of her legal troubles with email and the Clinton Foundation. These articles did not arise out of a vacuum. This has Valeri Jarret's fingerprints all over it, with Obama’s approval.
The Democrat Nominee will be Joe Biden or Micheal Bloomberg. Obama prefers Biden but Bloomberg has the cash to fund his own campaign. Politically and Philosophically Biden and Bloomberg are the same person.
Depends on what the definition of lie is
