This will get fast tracked up the food chain regardless of the initial decision.

Imagine this happening in 50 states all at once. cruz and rubio both are fools for jumping in knowing this could happen.

My take is the globalists don’t care where you were born or who your parents were ...as long as you’re loyal to the globlist agenda. Unfortunately they are fully in charge now and busy importing people who will never assimilate, never be loyal to our constitution.

The diluting of the American citizen is well underway.

I wish Trump had no part of this but as Cruz is my current fall back I’d rather see it now and put it behind us.

I don’t think this would go through the federal courts if it’s an administrative case regarding placement on a state ballot.

One of the issues we had to deal with in drafting Nebraska’s Eligibility Bill was how to have a state law that would end up providing a case with standing in the federal courts.

I don’t believe administrative procedures involve the state as a legal party in an actual lawsuit, so it’s not appealable to the federal judiciary. If a state decided to keep Cruz off the ballot he would have to sue to have it on the ballot, and that could be under federal jurisdiction since the state would be a party in the suit. But that would not be the best route for having this decided. The best route would be Trump suing Cruz, because they could work together to expose the 2008 coup.

So why does this Joyce guy, “an Illinois voter”, have standing and all the citizens who tried to get the Obama situation heard in court were denied?

The suit will be dismissed due to lack of standing by the plaintiff.

But hey, it's Illinois, land of the Chicago-Democrat way, so any judge can be bought. In that case, it may rattle around at the appellate level or longer until December 1st, and THEN it'll be dismissed.

Honestly, I’ll take Cruz’s scholarship on this issue over any lawyer Trump can hire, any day of the week. Goes double for the ambulance chaser or Grenada law school graduate that this guy has probably hired to represent his case before the court.

Cook County: Spelt "'Rat Bastards" to those who know. My only question is, is this Beastwoman, or Rahm inclining gently to accommodate Bammy? Inquiring minds want to know.

No telling how this will end up, but there's no way this can get adjudicated before the convention -- it might screw up the primaries, too, if voters start second-guessing.

But Barack the Bastard Commie Kid and Hildebeast the Sapphic Monica-Slandering, Lamp-Throwing Shrew would never do that! (Such lovely people .....)

Illinois Board of Elections has already ruled Cruz eligible. So did NH, (hardly conservative strongholds). With double precedence set, very unlikely any judge at any level will overrule.

Any left wing activist judge that tries also risks sanction if his/her reversal appears politically motivated.

So the Judge has already tried and ruled on the case.

Can you say overturned so fast that it will make your head spin.

What a farce of a judicial system we have.

Guilty until proven innocent.

But of course the Trump supporters see nothing wrong with this in their New World Order where the Constitution is shredded and never mentioned again.

Texas O Texas get the hell away from these loons.

Question for the board...

I am having a debate on the meaning of natural born citizen on another forum, and a poster says his daughter is a natural born citizen of 2 countries?

Valid claim?

Fate seems to be nipping at Ted’s heels.

One paternal predestination pledge versus one reality, coming up!

And in other developments, Rubio is breathing down Ted’s neck. This might just be the wrong race for Ted at this time.

Judge puts off until March 1. She needs to decide if she even has jurisdiction or must dismiss the complaint.

“Circuit Court Judge Maureen Ward Kirby said she was not sure she had jurisdiction, and set a March 1 hearing for arguments on whether to dismiss the complaint.”
