COLUMBIA, S.C. – Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 79% canceled his scheduled appearance at the Conservative Review Conference in South Carolina five minutes before he was slated to go on stage.
Conservative Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) 96% harshly criticized Rubio on his amnesty positions right before the Florida senator was supposed to go on stage.
“Marco Rubio will you raise your hand?†conference moderator Mark Levin said on stage at the conference after it became apparent that Rubio was not going to appear on stage. “Where is he?â€

I am not a big Marco fan, but, Levin has gotten disingenuous recently. He’s all in for Cruz, and through his vehicle, “Conservative Review”, he enforces it. I disagree with Marco on Immigration, but the was he was treated? I understand why he dropped out at the last minute.
Really, really bad timing fir Rubio. It looks like he was surging with Haley’s endorsement, and yet for the last full new cycle before the primary the news will be about him having a last minute cancellation for a big campaign event.
This will cost him a couple of points as last minute voters will see this as evidence that he isn’t ready for the job.
What goes around, comes around. It is nice to FINALLY see a backstabbing Washington-RINO-traitor get a little justice. It is also gratifying to see him cut and run like the two-faced coward that he is.

I tell you, this cat is a strange one.
This was a MAJOR blunder by Rubio. Levin will not take being snubbed quietly, and neither will the conservatives who took time out of their lives to attend the convention. It just shows that Rubio is not ready for prime time. Was he afraid of being “booed”?
I was there, Cruz signs overwhelmed the place. 75% at least, 10% Carson, not many Rubio. Great crowd, great speeches. The Upstate will go Cruz!
Rubio has been lying about Cruz' poison pill amendment for months.
Unlike Fox and all of the debate moderators, someone finally called him on it. And he didn't like it.

I had such hopes when he was first elected to the Senate, but aside from the GO8, there’s just something I don’t like about him.
