He just too hyper and rehearsed.
I had such hopes when he was first elected to the Senate, but aside from the GO8, there’s just something I don’t like about him.
But to be fair to Rubio, none of us know for sure that he didn’t break a heal off of one of his big & tall boy boots.
It is strange.
