A new day is dawning folks.

We’re going to be seeing a lot more like this over the next four years.

Take heart.

The St. Louis and Kansas City politicians are whining that even if it is welfare fraud it’s money coming into their locales so we should just look the other way.

Remember when Gingrich forced Cinton into signing welfare reform? Nothing changed.

That’s what they used to say when we wanted to cut Welfare or some other funding.

Missouri should be well on its way to providing a more prosperous future for their citizens; pulling them out of poverty and setting them on the road to a brighter future

You can't "pull someone out of poverty" by giving them something that they didn't earn. That just re-enforces the behavior that keeps them poor.

A lot of these people did pay in, out of their earnings, before falling on hard times. To just snub them at this time seems cold. They put skin in the game, they should be able to get skin back out of it.

"Rep. Haefner told reporters that, “This is an attempt at bending the curve of reining in welfare costs. We'll make sure that the people who get welfare are actually eligible to receive it.”

Presumably, the reform will be able to tell these people from the scammers.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt Quote FROM HIS State of the Union 1935

http://www.let.rug.nl/~usa/P/fr32/speeches/su35fdr.htm

Funny how they omitted this FDR (Franklin Delano Roosevelt) quote from the media:

Approximate 26th Paragraph of his speech

{FDR stands for Franklin Delano Roosevelt - 32nd POTUS, cousin of the real President Roosevelt, Theodore (Teddy) 26th POTUS.}

"The lessons of history, confirmed by the evidence immediately before me, show conclusively that continued dependence upon relief induces a spiritual disintegration fundamentally destructive to the national fiber. To dole our relief in this way is to administer a narcotic, a subtle destroyer of the human spirit. It is inimical to the dictates of a sound policy. It is in violation of the traditions of America. Work must be found for able-bodied but destitute workers.

The Federal Government must and shall quit this business of relief."

For those who may not know, the word "relief" as used above, would be replaced today 2016, with the word "welfare."

Wrong. The Feds will put a stop to that real quick. They will be sued into oblivion.

Except the Feds will be under a different White House, and that different White House won’t buy into this.

The tide is turning.
