All right, I'm wrapping things up tonight. I made the mistake yesterday of taking a late afternoon nap and then going to bed late and then messing up my whole today.
Got things to do in the AM so I bid thee goodnight and well wishes.

We used to get multiple mousie presents but there aren’t many left in the area nowadays. Occasionally one will make the mistake of wandering onto the farm but it’s days are short. Good kitties!
At least we don’t get corn cobs any more. I miss Morgan a lot but she really made a mess of the yard with her corn cob “kills”. LOL!

Oh lucky you. “Repair” jobs. Just what you wanted to go home to.
Sorry but I couldn’t help but giggle at the Rice-A-Roni disaster. Sounds like your luck’s no better than mine with microwave cooking. I’m much less dangerous with a stove. LOL
I hope you had a back-up plan for supper tonight.

” the bowl split into about 20 pieces and the 3 cups of water overflowed the plate the bowl was on and continued onto the floor, taking some of the rice with it.”
Uh, Ma, not to be presumptive but.....you have to use Microwave approved bowls, cups, saucers, etc. Usually, on the bottom of the specified bowl, cup, saucer, etc. will be words similar to, “Microwave Safe” or “Microwavable” or words to that effect. ;-)

Good night, PRO, and sleep well.
I won’t be too far behind you. I have to get up in the morning - EGADS - for a meeting and have to attempt to go to sleep early.
See ya tomorrow.

Good night and sweet dreams.

I haven’t been watching any more eagles. The 2 nests are just about all my brain can handle. LOL!
I was thinking the same thing about mousie being a tiny tidbit for mama eagle. :)

It was a Pyrex bowl....but maybe 40+ years old is too old. LOL! How far back does the microwave go?
So I guess I need to go shopping and look for the “microwavable” message on the bottom?

There isn't much going on at the 2 nests you're watching. Another couple of weeks until their eggs hatch. The GA eaglets just hatched this week and there's activity at that nest. You could watch it now while waiting for the others to hatch.
Or watch while FReeping or doing other things on the computer, like I do.
It's the only way I can keep up with all the nests I watch.

Sounds good! I’ll have to try watching it on the off season on Couch Tuner. I’m already trying to keep up with too many right now, and this will be something I can look into when the others are done and I’m bored. :)

It works quite well. Been doing it for several years. I watch too many nest cams to just have one window open. I’d do NOTHING else otherwise!
