Two days after Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died suddenly in remote West Texas, a former D.C. homicide commander is raising questions about how the death was handled by local and federal authorities.

"As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia," William O. Ritchie, former head of criminal investigations for D.C. police, wrote in a post on Facebook onSunday...

“In an interview in 2013 Scalia said if he dies and no autopsy is perfoemed then he was murdered.”

Do you have a link to that story?

“There were a lot more Obama supporters there than GOPers starting with the owner.”

I’ve wondered who the guests were. What did you find?

Bottom Line, Scalia’s death is a major loss to conservatism and now threatens the foundation of American Freedom.

Mitch McConnell needs to forcefully pronounce that he will not bring a nomination to the floor, period, end of debate.

The GOP needs to make this a referendum on so much that Scalia has done to protect our Freedoms, starting with preserving the 2nd amendment and on.

This messaging will ensure a major voter turnout, unlike we have seen in decades. People will vote to support these freedoms and the GOP candidate will win in a landslide.

At every turn the Libs will be crying, at every turn the GOP needs to say we trust the American voter more than Obama.

But everyone was “relatively certain” that is how your aunt passed; they still did an autopsy. Surely being “relatively certain” how a lead Supreme Court Justice passes away at a crucial time in the court is good enough for all. The good Justice Scalia always adjudicated cases on the basic of “relatively certain.”

So one conservative on the court changes his mind at the last minute about an abjectly unconstitutional grab of federal power (Obamacare) and another dies of “peaceful repose” with a pillow on his face at a Democrat ranch of 30,000 acres in remotest Texas where his cause of death is pronounced over the phone. Why all these conspiracy theories??

Sounds like no one bothered to tell two of the justices that the body was Justice Scalia. They more than likely thought it was an illegal migrant who had been dead for some time.

Holy Supremes, Batman!

The judge pronouncing him dead did not realize this was Justice Scalia.

HOW IS THIS OK???????

This is a long read, but in this article, the same justice is implicated in hampering an investigation into a young girl’s suspicious death in 2014. Maybe she is the “goto” judge.

What was that old movie, the Big Heat? Where the sexy woman picks the lousy attorney on purpose??? This looks so bad as to be not believable enough of a plot to pitch in Hollywood. “Get outa here. No one will believe a Supreme Court Justice would head out with no security to a remote ranch owned by his political enemy, and they would phone in an anonymous death and a bad judge would declare the cause over the phone, no autopsy or even investigation needed? Go back and rework that thing, man.”

According to the creepy ranch owner, he was found ON HIS BACK with his hands folded like a corpse, and the pillow over his face.

My mother sometimes puts the pillow over her face, as done one little son, but they do it when they are on their sides and their actual facial parts (nose at least) are sticking out for breathing.

Yes, of course, even if they did an autopsy, there would still be the people who would believe the examiner was bribed/biased. Still, I’d think a Supreme Court justice dying in virtually any circumstance OUGHT to have an autopsy.
