The Texas senator told NBC’s Chuck Todd Sunday morning that he is looking forward to debating either of the Democratic presidential contenders on the future of the Supreme Court. However, according to Cruz, it isn’t just the two Democrats who could immeasurably alter the interpretation of the Constitution, in particular when it comes to gun rights.
“If Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders wins, or for that matter, if Donald Trump wins — whose record is indistinguishable from them on a great many issues — then we will see the Second Amendment written out of the Constitution,†Cruz said.
Cruz also said that should Trump or Clinton be elected, “we will see unlimited abortion on demand.â€
“Partial birth abortion, taxpayer funding, no parental notification, and we’ll also see our religious liberty torn down, our basic rights,†Cruz said.
Cruz has argued that Clinton would have the Supreme Court dismantle the Second Amendment as he campaigned in Iowa as well as in South Carolina.
So the guy is allergic to sunlight, what’s the big deal./s

IF he isn’t natural born and never went through the naturalization process then what is his citizenship status? The Constitution only offers those two processes. Is your position that Cruz is an illegal alien?
He’ll nominate whoever will get him the best deals. For example lets say he wants to build a wall and Dems are obstructing him in Congress. Maybe giving them a Justice Loretta Lynch would get him the votes he needs. Deal making!
And, that shows he's not fit for office.

We already know what kind of Justice Cruz would appoint.
He wrote a WSJ opinion that extolled the virtues of John Roberts and advocated for his immediate confirmation.

A shameless lie. Cruz could not possibly know what Trump would or would not do in appointing judges. Ted is really getting desperate and resorting to some despicable tactics.
I don’t, I believe he is natural born. That said the Constitution only addresses two types of citizenship, so anything beyond those two comes from outside that document.

We are certain that a president Cruz would appoint a ‘conservative Chief Justice’ who will change the definition of ‘natural born citizen’ to be anyone born anywhere outside USA, or, anyone who will show a forged digital image of a ‘birth certificate’ to prove he/she was born in USA!
