A shameless lie. Cruz could not possibly know what Trump would or would not do in appointing judges. Ted is really getting desperate and resorting to some despicable tactics.

I don’t, I believe he is natural born. That said the Constitution only addresses two types of citizenship, so anything beyond those two comes from outside that document.
