Tom Goldstein, who runs the influential SCOTUSblog, had earlier predicted Ninth Circuit Judge Paul Watford would make the top of President Obama's shortlist. But in a revised blog post, Goldstein said he now believes Lynch is the leading contender.

You have the right of it, sir. They must be stopped and there is only one way to do it. History is my witness.

They confirmed her once before....why would they not do it again? You must have more faith in Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Bob Corker, John McCain, Thad Cochran etc, than I do.

Seems fair. Given the opportunity, she'd probably make him a lamp shade.

Obama gives Hillary a pass on her secret e-mail law breaking debacle and Hillary wins and appoints Obama’s favorite candidate for Supreme Court. It could be a deal.

Nominate away, Valerie. The answer can still be NOPE.

OK, but I don’t see how you can view Hillary! as any less of a leftist than Obama. That is just beyond me.

I would say that not even Obama could be that stupid, but saying so would fly in the face of all the available evidence to the contrary.

Interesting thought: What if she throws Hillary under the bus and indicts, just to get cred for her SCOTUS nomination?

Rats do that you know.

Because of that, I don’t think Lynch will be put forward by Obama.

Bingo Bango

If Obama nominates Lynch, then the FBI will decide the election. Rationale: Lynch will not be confirmed by the Senate prior to the election.

If she fails to indict Clinton, Lynch will never be confirmed and likely Clinton will never win election.

If she indicts Clinton, Hillary will lose the election and the Republican candidate, as President, will appoint the Scalia successor, will probably pardon Clinton, but she will go to prison for her Clinton Foundation corruption. Perhaps she will be imprisoned with the FIFA President.

Ever notice that Obama is stacking the court with progressive females? Could it be that he is counting on the longer life span of women to totally transform America?

There are degrees of bad. Hillary comes from the bill Clinton presidency which was moderate compared to obama. Obama was about the most leftist senator before he was elected and likely the most extreme person to occupy the WH. Hillary wants power, perks and a legacy. Obama is even more of an idealoque IMO.

In any event I guess we will find out in a year or so.

She was too political to indict Lois Lerner and all those involved in the IRS scandal with alot of evidence to prove it. Lerner took the 5th for God’s sake. This alone should disqualify her. The “lost” emails was obvious destruction of evidence among many other things. Lynch was protecting BO who, no doubt, ordered the IRS to do what they did.
