This doesn’t take into account the “Trump Effect,” so his lead is probably closer to 30.

There is no national primary! Cruz will win the evangelical vote! Donald Trump will quite! Did I miss any? ;-)

Untainted wins, and ones in primaries, give you a bounce like that.

We're going to find out where we're at in the next month. If SC goes Trump and the SEC primaries go Trump it will be hillary that wins in Nov. If Cruz pulls it out and wins we have a real shot at winning in Nov.

I know a lot of Trump supporters see it differently, but a lot of conservatives will just sit it out in Nov. if Trump is the nominee. I am in that group.

I'm a Trump supporter but he still worries me with his demeanor. If he can just tone it down a bit and act more presidential, I think he has this pretty much won.

As for Sanders being behind Shrillary by just 7 points nationally...just wow. Is she not the worst presidential candidate in history? She couldn't beat a community organizer from Chicago in 2008 and now she's have serious trouble against a washed-up socialist from Vermont.

If Sanders is -7, the DNC is going to explode if it tries their plan to have Super Delegates -> Hillary

Trump lead the national race when Cruz won Iowa.

The national polls are meaningless because Trump has the populist category to himself, while the RINO vote is divided among several candidates, and the conservative vote is divided between Cruz and Carson.

The dynamics of the race will change when the field is reduced to Trump, Cruz and Rubio.

That’s big for Sanders. If he’s able to get 30% of the black vote (he’s promised them $1 trillion dollars if elected), he might win there.

Cruz's favorable are down. Still higher than Trump, but down 6. I think it was on Gallup. Cannot remember where I read it today.

Have had to hear how Trump support has a plateau, but its Cruz that has a peak.

The punditry is still so misreading this cycle that its scary.

Trump will continue to grow his lead methodically nationally, and once he hits 45% or so, even if the establishment coalesces around a candidate, they can’t win the nomination.

With every victory Trump will gain a few more points... THe only state where Trump may lose the nomination would be maybe TX at this point. Cruz’s home state show him with a 6 point lead last polls I checked, but I bet next set of polls will show that lead shrinking.

The self-admitted communist/socialist closing in on the commie & traitor!

“In the Democratic Party race, the poll shows that Bernie Sanders continues to gain on Hillary Clinton, with his support growing and hers waning:”

Hillary Clinton: 46 percent (down from 50 percent a week ago)
Bernie Sanders: 39 percent (37 percent)
Someone else: 8 percent (5 percent)
Don’t know/No opinion: 7 percent (8 percent)

Trump needs to stay true to himself... we know he’s authentic ... and capable. That’s working...

Excellent! Too bad Trump and Cruz got into a pissing contest, as my favorite ticket all along with Trump/Cruz.

But at this point I’d be thrilled with either of them—and seriously bummed out if Jeb!/Rubio/Kasich squeaked through.
