What are the ‘terms’ of the covenant? In every covenant there are two parties to that covenant. What is required on our part and what was required on His. He has fulfilled in part what is required of Him, however, the question you did not answer is, what is required of us?

Maybe the terms you're looking for are Repent and Forgive?
A covenant is a contract between two parties. Each of those parties has a responsibility to fulfill that is written in that contract. As a party to the contract with Christ, what is our responsibility, what are our duties in upholding that contract? There has to be a ‘doing’ by both parties involved. Not a ‘saying/confessing’ but a ‘doing’ of physical acts that can be seen by those who are & who are not a party to the said contract that are visible evidence that we indeed are a party to the contract.

I can name a number of the fruits of Trump, meaning his Christian deeds. I cannot name one of Cruz’s fruits. He talks God all the time but what has he done? I don’t know of Cruz ever committing an unselfish act. Maybe you can enlighten all of us as to Ted’s fruits. I’m all ears.

There’s nothing a human individual can say or do to reconcile the broken relationship between themselves and their Creator.
