AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - A U.S. judge denied for the second time a request by Texas to bar relief agencies from bringing Syrian refugees into the state, a decision that could have a bearing on the attempts of 30 other governors to block refugees from their states.

U.S. District Judge David Godbey said the Republican leaders who have fought the resettlement have not shown Texas would suffer irreparable harm.

Find out where the judge lives and install the refugees next door. Let him pay for his convictions againstt the States to makee their own decisions. Whatever happened to the constitution?

Why the hell does it have to be “irreparable harm”? Isn’t just plain old “harm” ENOUGH?

That judge can go to ——.

States have the DUTY to protect their inhabitants, and no judge should have the power to destroy parts of civilization unchecked.

YES!! Ban them anyway!!

why are states listening to judges when obama doesn’t?!?!

seems like judges are the new kings in America.

is there no remedy for this in the constitution?

what did the founders say about this insanity.

some #### at a seminar 2 months ago tried to tell the audience that a LAW was passed allowing gay marriage, and it showed the changing of the times.

I burst his bubble and he was NOT happy. @#$#$ him. it was just a dumb seminar with an obviously dumb speaker.

I can think of a certain judge that needs to suffer irreparable harm.

If this idiot judge thinks the crimes these “refugees” are committing are speculative hearsay, there’s many people in Europe who’ll call him a liar and rightfully so.

Apparently, this dim wit judge hasn’t read the disgusting accounts of crimes committed in Europe by the Muslim invaders. After the government lets them in, they are free to rape and kill, and we will never be rid of them. This judge should be ignored just as Obama ignores laws he doesn’t like, because we are all equal under the law, you know.

The lesson here is never bring them in, or you will never be able to kick them out.

Why would the governor of Texas think he needs to seek permission from a judge to carry out his sworn oath to defend the people of Texas?

What expertise does the judge have to even make a comment on the matter?

If I were the governor of Texas, it would never occur to me to take the matter to the courts. I would merely contact the state police and the Texas Rangers and block entry. It is that simple.
