Donald Trump leads the Republican field among federal employees, but many still say they would never work for him.
One in four federal workers would consider leaving their jobs if Trump were elected president, according to a new survey conducted by the Government Business Council, Government Executive Media Group’s research arm. About 14 percent of respondents said they would definitely consider leaving federal service under President Trump, while an additional 11 percent said they might. The findings indicate those leaving government would come from agencies' top ranks, as a majority of respondents were in General Schedule positions GS-13 and higher.

No they won’t. They’ll keep slurping at the slop trough until somebody fires them. As far as the ‘hissy fit’ of “I’ll quit if Trump is elected”, then that’s a darn fine reason to vote for Trump, IMO.

is like if a quarter of them can’t work/won’t with a conservative.
Think of all the monies saved in not printing and passing out pink slips, and less unfair firing lawsuits.
Trump could include that in a campaign ad!

Wow great news. That will get rid of the freeloaders. After that get ride of the extra people. Then get rid of the welfare jobs. Then get rid of redundant people and by then we might have the right number of people to do the job.

I will not vote for Trump, but if this were to be the result of a Trump election, at least there would be one positive outcome. Of course, this is like the “celebrities” who threaten to leave the country if a Republican in elected and then never do. I doubt that many federal employees would actually give up their jobs due to a Trump election.
Not a Trump fanboi, but would love to see the federal gravy-train diminished by 25%.
