The Declaration is the true trap for the Constitution termites.
Nod your head in agreement with their parsing of the Constitution, then drag them over to the Declaration for the kill.
If they Deny the Declaration, then you're at liberty to cast them into the Outer Darkness at will.

Obviously from the Constitutional preamble, not the Declaration. It amazes me that almost no one cites the Preamble in court as Constitutional law.
Decreasing religiosity in Muslims who take the Quran literally is impossible as long as they are able to indoctrinate themselves and each other with the Islamic texts and practises. It can be necessary to deprive them of the source that fuels their hate and political ideas.
Making it so difficult to practise orthodox and therefore illegal Islam in our countries that they need to go elsewhere if they want to continue their way of life is a solution. ~~~
Outlaw the death cult. Make them go back to their hell holes and take the western converts with them.
I just started reading here and there on this “no compulsion” site and I am highly uneducated when it comes to Islam....but I do think this blog takes the right approach in understanding what Islam is all about.
A couple of questions
Why is islam making inroads in the US prison system ?
What is the appeal to criminals?
the same question applies to the US black muslim population ( which I assume is being indoctrinated through the prison system and other places)
what is difference (if any) between Black Muslims and Islam?

Half of the American population already has no excuse for their lack of understanding of Islam. How any American female could accept the behavior of Muslims, such as female genital mutilation, ad nauseam, or the religiously sanctioned rapes committed by Muslims - - - -
One ironic difference is that American blacks usually are unaware of the religion of those who enslaved their ancestors, and who still practice slavery.
IIRC, real Muslims use Black Muslims and hold them in contempt behind their backs.

All US citizens as adults should be recorded pledging allegience IMHO and held accountable. But that’s probably beyond reality at this moment.
So regarding legal foreign residents and naturalized citizens ...
The cheapest way to monitor someone is through periodic eye dialation testing. They could be in another state staring into a camera designated for the purpose. With ‘zoom’ tech [very cheap], its easy to train someone to notice eye dialation and other tells during a brisk question-answer.
But, if that makes voters too uncomfortable, we could consider more expensive solutions.
If there is compelling evidence that such a pledge is violated ... perhaps decided by a board appointed by the state governments [each term limited tightly], then surveillance should be warranted in secret to monitor such a person until that person has been a US citizen for so-and-so number of years.
And frankly — no new young muslim men allowed in for now. We might be pliable otherwise, particularly if they are from low-risk nations.

Oaths will weed out a high percentage, especially for a couple of years.
But a terrorist is flexible and there is always al takkiya — Muhammad granting the ‘sacred’ right to deceive unbelievers for the purpose of infiltration [and just about any other scheme].
Al takkiya also qualifies for a discount on Muhammad’s used camels. [Just kidding.]
That is why I frequently asked if Obama is an ‘al takkiya’ muslim only faking his Christianity. Note that Reverend Wright is a ‘former’ muslim. both Wright and Obama are friends with Louis ‘Mothership’ Farrakan.
One thing I’m finding out — I’m a patriot first and a constitutionalist second.
I personally would not hesitate to amend the constitution to modify the privacy rights of muslims — just one example. And it’s insane to persecute everyone fairly at US airport security checks.
But good news — many US born muslims assimilate. So perhaps all we need to do is break the cycle ... 85% of US mosques preach violence against infidels. Muslim education must also be monitored and compelled to assimilate.
Of course, we would be risking a devastating terror attack by being less ‘hard line’. So we’ll just have to see how things shake out.
In the meantime, I am all for a ban to prevent importing more muslims.
To be clear, I know ‘search and seizure’ does not specify privacy rights. Was referring to ‘unfair treatment’.

One thing to bear in mind, a high percentage of ‘black panthers’ is muslim. Muslim terrorists prettymuch run that organization.
Many black Americans feel that Christianity was forced on them, a ‘white devil’ religion. And the Reverend Wright, for example, was a former muslim who might [via al takkiya] still be a closet muslim.
Obama was educated in muslim school in Indonesia which required all students to be muslims. He too might be ‘al takkiya’.
Islamics can also pretend to assimilate in Canada or England, etc, as an ‘ID-laundering’ method before coming to the US.
The tecnical side of immigration is tricky.
That's easy to answer: There is no fatwa against him for being murtad fatri.

As I've shown numerous times over the years, both Wright's and Farrakhan's operations are "Black Liberation Theology" communist front movements. It is believed that the KGB established basic Liberation Theology back in the 60s. Then in the '80s Black communist James Cone created his BLT variant of it. Farrakhan's true hero is Mao tse Tung.
