Byron Allenâs Entertainment Studios Networks along with the National Association of African-American Owned Media (NAAAOM) Wednesday filed a $10 billion lawsuit in United States District Court for engaging in âracial discriminationâ by not launching African-American owned networks.
The lawsuit, filed Wednesday night in filed in United States District Court in Central District of California, comes less than a month after Entertainment Studios settled a similar discrimination lawsuit against AT&T and DirecTV after AT&T signed to carry Entertainment Studiosâ portfolio of networks.

Anybody who started their career on the abomination known as “Real People” as Byron York did needs to keep his mouth shut when it comes to the issue of racism. It isn’t the issue of race which keeps people from watching you Byron. It’s the fact that your a fekless hack going all the way back to the 1980’s.

Out of about 250 channels on Charter here I would say there are 5 that are programmed for the black audience. As opposed to 50 Hispanic channels.
