Trump isn't the first top-tier presidential candidate to skip a debate. Ronald Reagan did not attend a Republican debate ahead of the 1980 Iowa caucuses, which he lost to George H.W. Bush. Reagan went on to the win the nomination and the presidency.

If Cruz had walked out it wouldn't be because Megyn Kelly was mean to him.

If this was a one-off event, fine but this is a clown who has insulted, attacked, and insulted EVERYONE who doesn’t genuflect at his feet. I too enjoyed the Trump circus for a few weeks. Then, I realized what they guy is. I did due diligence and found his long history of liberalism, his support of Democrats and the Clintons, his continued vicious bashing of people who don’t agree with him and his off-the-wall wackiness.
Trump is right however when he says, “I could stand on 5th Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any voters”.
And that's why he's losing.
Call it 'adult and professional' if y'like. What it looks like out here is bending over and saying 'Thank you sir; may I have another?'
Trump's skin is a millimeter thick, and if he takes the nomination then it's clear how to detail his campaign. Just say something mean about him and he'll fly off the handle.
Do you seriously think that he'd be an exceptionally successful businessman if his temper was THAT short and he was THAT easily thrown off? His rivals would have eaten him for lunch.
Can you see a President Trump taking the kind of crap that Obama and George Bush took on a daily basis? Or Reagan?
Seems to me that he already is. And unlike Bush; he's fighting back, in one of the the best ways that you can do in 2016.
Next you are going to tell me that if Jesus came across a abortion clinic while he walked the earth in the flesh 2000 years ago, that he would not have ransacked it as He did with the Temple money changers.

They actually did....I saw them takking about it all last night on all the channels.
Reagan also walked out at Reykavik and got blistered by the media for that. But he won in the end. Trump may be all about himself but it is time to put this media in their place. These debate formats should have been changed totally in this election cycle, but our infamous Republican Committee leadership laid down as usual. These idiot reporters(ettes) make Sam Donaldson look like Ghandi. They are snarky, rabid, and vicious to Republicans at every turn.

Obama said we shouldn’t be afraid of widows and orphans. The Cruz people are using this...Trump is afraid of a girl. Why not say he is afraid of a woman? Because it’s not true and Trump has Sarah Palin on his side, and many full grown men are afraid of her!
