That’s the part that amazes me - I’ve read several stories like this. One I recall, during the meal the employee noticed he didn’t have a hat or gloves and it was cold out - so he gave the homeless guy his. I recall another where they gave one kid a job, then after awhile got him clothes and some interview skills for a better job.
