Donald Trump has defended Vladimir Putin after a British public inquiry found the Russian president "probably" sanctioned the assassination of Russian dissident Alexander Litvinenko in London.
Mr Trump waded into the case saying he had seen "no evidence" of Mr Putin's involvement, adding: "They say a lot of things about me that are untrue too."
The front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination has previously said he felt a "great honour" when Mr Putin praised him as an "absolute leader". ..
But Mr Trump told Fox Business: "Have they found him (Mr Putin) guilty? I don't think they've found him guilty. If he did it, fine but I don't know that he did it.
"You know, people are saying they think it was him, it might have been him, it could have been him. But in all fairness to Putin - and I'm not saying this because he says 'Trump is brilliant and leading everybody' - the fact is that he hasn't been convicted of anything. Some people say he absolutely didn't do it.
"First of all, he says he didn't do it. Many people say it wasn't him. So who knows who did it?" ...
In the most personal attack yet on his main rival Mr Trump called Mr Cruz a "nasty guy" and a "jerk".
He said: "We can't have a guy who stands in the middle of the Senate floor and every other senator thinks he's a whack job." ..

No, he/she is probably not in Moscow.
The KGB/FSB cyber-warfare unit is in St. Petersburg, and it has been reported that the unit has hundreds of hackers who post comments to websites worldwide.
So if Trumpinator is actually in Russia, the location would almost certainly be St. Petersburg.
Are you making enough money off Putin to at least pay for your room and board? Because if you’re that desperate for money, I could loan you a few bucks. Anything’s better than selling your soul for money.
Who pays you?
His bizarre comparison of Russia’s murders and genocides with the US is the same Moral Equivalence that is despised in the current President.
This is a deal breaker for lots of people with no upside and whoever advised Trump on this needs to go back to his day job.
The killer statement is that when asked about Putin killing hundreds of journalists and thousands of Ukrainians, Trump unbelievably said “The US has killed lots of people too”.
I can say you are a paid shill - since you post the same stuff every day like it was pre-packaged. Unlike my posts which are original and timely.
There you go. Reading past the headline again.
Don’t you know there’s pearls to clutch?
OK, Trump hates the Brits. Fair enough.
So now ANY enemy of the Brits is a friend of his. Even if it’s one of the worst gangster-goons on the planet?
Trump is off his rocker.
The people who love Trump now will hate him if he becomes President, when he does another 180 and savages his supporters...
New York City. And I am not Russian nor Russian Orthodox nor a Slav. But it just shows how delusional you anti-Trump people are you are seeing conspiracies.
OK, Trump hates the Brits. Fair enough. — he said that where?
OK you aren’t a child you are just an every day moron.
In his comments Monday, Putin said he sincerely believed in the communist ideology while serving in the KGB, the armed wing of the party.
âIn contrast to many functionaries I did not throw my membership card away or burn it in public. I still keep it at home,â he said.
He acknowledged, however, âthe embodiment of these wonderful ideas in our country was very far from what the Utopian socialists had proclaimed.”
He said this Monday.
“...Litvinenko was a former FSB (Federal Security Service) agent who broke from the group when he accused his superiors of ordering the assassination of Russian businessman Boris Berezovsky in 1998. Berezovsky later died under suspicious circumstances in Britain in 2013. While in exile in London, Litvinenko wrote two books about the inner workings of the FSB and their efforts to bring Putin to power. But what probably sealed his fate was his allegation in October 2006 that Putin ordered the assassination of journalist Anna Politkovskaya. A month later, Litvinenko would be dead.
But as Donald Trump says of Putin, “At least he’s a leader.”
OK you arenât a child you are just an every day moron.

That’s right - Putin said in theory communism was great but in practice it was a disaster. Clear as day. He said it ruined Russia since WW1. Clear as day. He denounced Stalin and Lenin - clear as day.
A prominent Putin critic is poisoned by Russian agents, using a rare poison that could only have come from a handful of places (including, for instance, Russian nuclear reactors), and the Russian agents flee to Russia, where the Russian government protects them (and where one of them ends up serving in the Duma).
And you don’t see pretty strong circumstantial evidence of Putin’s involvement?
Trump: Well, I think our country does plenty of killing also, Joe, so, you know. There's a lot of stupidity going on in the world right now, Joe. Lot of killing going on, a lot of stupidity, and that's the way it is.

Polonium-210 On Sale For A Mere $69
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/polonium-210-on-sale-for-a-mere-69/
The Web is abuzz with nuclear news these days. "The radioactive material that killed a former Russian spy in Britain can be bought on the Internet for $69." That was InformationWeek's lead. And it's been picked up all over the place. Yes, Polonium-210, "which experts say is many times more deadly than cyanide," the story notes, "can be bought legally through United Nuclear Scientific Supplies, a mail-order company that sells through the Web.
Of course the FR Putinistas don't necessarily have to be actually working for Russia (getting paid for it) at all. They could be doing what they do because they simply hate our country and want Russia to replace it as world leader.
Trump 2016.

Kremlin pays internet trolls to flatter Putin
Ben Hoyle - Moscow
October 11 2013
Russian investigative journalists and bloggers have uncovered an army of internet trolls paid to pour invective on the Kremlin's opponents and heap praise on President Putin.
Posing as job applicants, the reporters discovered the government hacks working at a small company called the St Petersburg Internet Research Agency. ..."

British newspaper The Guardian notes that recently, readers have been complaining of pro-Russia propaganda being posted in the comments section of articles about Russia and Ukraine.
One reader wrote to The Guardian:
"One need only pick a Ukraine article at random, pick any point in the comments at random, and they will find themselves in a sea of incredibly aggressive and hostile users (the most obvious have accounts created since February 2014 ... but there also exist those who registered with the Guardian before the high point of the crisis) who post the most biased, inciteful [sic] pro-Kremlin, anti-western propaganda that seems as if it's taken from a template, so repetitive are the statements. Furthermore, these comments are consistently capturing inordinate numbers of 'recommends', sometimes on the order of 10 to 12 times what pro-Ukrainian comments receive."
Guardian comment moderators believe this is an orchestrated campaign.
Russia has worked hard to make people believe that the country is supporting the Russian-speaking population in Ukraine and defending those people against some type of threat. These "comment mills" play into that strategy.
Last year, The Atlantic wrote about how the Russian government apparently pays people to "sit in a room, surf the Internet, and leave sometimes hundreds of postings a day that criticize the country's opposition and promote Kremlin-backed policymakers."
This practice isn't new, according to The Atlantic. But it can stifle open discussion about political issues in Russia, giving a louder voice to those who support the Kremlin.
