The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.
"I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," DeLay said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show."
"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

As long as the AG doesn’t indict, Hillary will skate. Half the country won’t give a damn about the FBI going public.

Well failing to indict is essentially a Constitutional Crisis, so at that point who cares about ethics?
Do we really think an indictment would stop her? Why? The same people will still vote for her . . . the same people that still loved her husband after he was exposed and impeached. Also, Obama will pardon her, because she’s got the goods on him.
As someone who was screwed over by false allegations, DeLay should know that the Feds aren’t interested in administering true justice, only in ruining the careers of the just. Either he’s hopelessly naive, or he’s being blackmailed to pretend that the Hitlerbeast will actually be held accountable for her crimes.
