A Minnesota judge has ordered a check-print and financial services company to pay $115,000 in damages and attorney fees and write a letter of apology to a transgender woman for refusing to allow her to use the women's bathroom.

Simple solution. Eliminate “men’s” and “women’s” restrooms. Rename them the “penis room” and the “vagina room.”
It doesn’t matter what sex you “identify” as. If you have a penis, you use the penis room. If you have a vagina, you use the vagina room.
Hey, that’s going to be a lot of shopping.
Us guy are much more fortunate. Even when we are unable to find a restroom, we can improvise much easier. Here is something I keep in my car, just in case I'm between rest areas and it's too cold to go off into the woods...
To avoid lawsuits businesses will let anyone go in any bathroom.

I am sorry about your mental illness. I am even sorrier that the judge is enabling your illness and encouraging these delusions. Two of my employees will lose their jobs because the judge is stealing my money to make you feel better. That’s okay. They’ll find other work, and they’ll still be fine because they are good people. Meanwhile, the judge will still be a thug, and you will still be crazy. I hope the windfall makes you happy for a few days, before you go back to just being crazy.

A man was hired and after a few months informed the company he was a she.
Company made it clear we had to use "her" new name and female pronouns.
They gave "her" a key to a single person use bathroom.
But now s/he says its inconvenient and uses the ladies room.
We're actually friends and I told him/her s/he needs to respect the women who are uncomfortable using the bathroom with an anatomical male. S/he says its gender discrimination otherwise.
So now the men have 2 men's rooms, the 2 trans (I don't know the other one) have their choice of men's, women's, or single occupancy, and the women have to share their one restroom with whoever wants to use it.
Arrest the so called judge, put the judge in an outhouse and then...tip it over.
Hose the judge down and start all over. Loons need to be treated like the loons they have proven themselves to be.

You’re talking about a group of thumb-sitting, half-whits whom use the ‘dead cat theory’ (excuse the pun) to suggest a baby in-utero REALLY ISN’T a human baby. Yet, you expect the same to fathom that XX = woman and XY = man, regardless of/omission of peni?
IMO, they should be cleared, their former occupants offed/sent to Siberia, their property sold, the ‘precedent law’ burned forever from history, the courts of ‘law’ annihilated and the Earth salted. Shakespeare was right!
Too many layers and this is the kind of crap you get. These judges need to spend time prosecuting real criminals and not getting involved it social expereriments that try and normalize depravity.
