Donald Trump has a strong lead over Ted Cruz in Iowa with about a week left before the first nomination contest on Feb. 1, according to a Fox News poll.
The poll of Iowa voters shows Trump with 34 percent among likely Republican caucus-goers, an 11-point bump from two weeks ago. Cruz is now at 23 percent, slightly down from 27 percent in the last poll.
The poll also shows that among "very" conservative voters, there's a more even split between Cruz and Trump, who received 34 percent and 33 percent of that vote, respectively. Cruz had an 18-point advantage over Trump in the last poll conducted by Fox News.
In New Hampshire, Trump has more than twice the support of Cruz, the next closest candidate. The Fox News poll has Trump at 31 percent and Cruz at 14 percent. Marco Rubio follows with 13 percent.

Excellent strategery, Cruz campaign! We waiting for your next desperate act!
Then Trump is truly brilliant. Beck is single handedly destroying Cruz.
I’m at my local watering hole watching the game. These people are blue collar for the most part and about 80 percent liberal. Same people almost every week. Today about 40 percent stood for the National Anthem and everyone was pin drop silent. That has NEVER happened with this crowd. Something bigger than we know is happening.
It’s over.
& another âConservativeâ happy to support pro-abort.,universal healthcare, bank bailout arrogant unwilliing to bow before God Trump?

WAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! BAAAWWWWWWWWWWWW!
I feast on your sore loser tears.
The GOPe knows that the debate Thursday night is their last significant chance to stop Trump. I expect the Fox panel to go after Trump hard to make him slip up somehow. Kelly will taunt him to get him to look mean to a woman. Wallace will ask asinine questions to get him to scoff and the designated GOPe candidates will be non-stop against him.
If Fox really were interested in Republicans winning the election does anyone believe they would go after the front-runner and people’s choice this hard? He know the Democrat media will not go after Hillary or Bernie as hard as Fox will go after Trump.
If this was Cruz ahead, would you say so?
Unlikely.
Better ... have you read THIS thread ?
I have read your posts, but don’t see any on this thread before this. What am I missing?
That “who won last time” pretty irrelevant this time because NO ONE previously led in every state, so the situation isn’t remotely similar. For example, Santorum ir Huckabee never led in NH and NV and SC.
This is the first time "Truno" has shown up and for him or it to jump into the race right now is reminiscent of other surprise mystery guests ... like Carter .... or Perot, even
Relax ...
Oh, yes, the new plumbing flusher, Trumo.
(...is that Ted down there in front ....^...with a bucket collecting donations......../snicker)
Not looking good for “Formally Surging Ted.”
NH and NV and SC have no meaning more than any other state.
Polls are a so so measurement they can be made to turn out any way you want ever notice how few are in the polls 500 to 1500 people not a good way to measure .
That’s not what the Cruzers have been saying. For them, the 30-delegate IA caucus is more important than states having much, much bigger delegate counts, becuase, dontcha know, “once Cruz wins IA, all the other states will fall in line.”
What does the electoral line up look like I don’t think the popular vote will call the winner?.
Trump leads Hillary in PA (last poll I saw), FL, MO, and NC. He trailed in a very old OH poll. I haven’t seen IN, CO, NV, or VA head to heads.
