A family made famous by the reality show "Sister Wives" is calling on a Utah appeals court to uphold a ruling that essentially decriminalized polygamy, saying the state's historic ban on the practice raises constitutional issues about freedom of religion, association, and privacy rights of consenting adults.
Kody Brown and his four wives - Meri, Jangle, Christine and Robyn - who began appearing on the TLC reality show in 2010, filed suit against the state of Utah challenging the state's ban.

There ya go; quoting the BIBLE. Don't you know that it may not be translated correctly? (#8)
Here is MORMONism's own creed:
Articles of Faith
The Articles of Faith outline 13 basic points of belief of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The Prophet Joseph Smith first wrote them in a letter to John Wentworth, a newspaper editor,
in response to Mr. Wentworth's request to know what members of the Church believed.
They were subsequently published in Church periodicals.
They are now regarded as scripture and included in the Pearl of Great Price.
THE ARTICLES OF FAITH OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS History of the Church, Vol. 4, pp. 535â541
- We believe in God, the Eternal Father, and in His Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost.
- We believe that men will be punished for their own sins, and not for Adam's transgression.
- We believe that through the Atonement of Christ, all mankind may be saved, by obedience to the laws and ordinances of the Gospel.
- We believe that the first principles and ordinances of the Gospel are: first, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost.
- We believe that a man must be called of God, by prophecy, and by the laying on of hands by those who are in authority, to preach the Gospel and administer in the ordinances thereof.
- We believe in the same organization that existed in the Primitive Church, namely, apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, evangelists, and so forth.
- We believe in the gift of tongues, prophecy, revelation, visions, healing, interpretation of tongues, and so forth.
- We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God.
- We believe all that God has revealed, all that He does now reveal, and we believe that He will yet reveal many great and important things pertaining to the Kingdom of God.
- We believe in the literal gathering of Israel and in the restoration of the Ten Tribes; that Zion (the New Jerusalem) will be built upon the American continent; that Christ will reign personally upon the earth; and, that the earth will be renewed and receive its paradisiacal glory.
- We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may.
- We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law.
- We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of PaulâWe believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

2 Timothy 4:2-4
2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

That’s right; people complain they can’t afford children while they pay for other peoples’ children (who can afford them even less).

I guess we will have to disagree. I live under the New Covenant free from Mosaic law, obeying or trying to obey those laws Jesus reiterated, saved by the shed blood of Jesus.

Here ya go, sic him:
“Cain still found a way to kill Abel. “
Honestly, I still think Cain got a raw deal. Sheepherder brings in a lamb. Farmer brings in some of the crop he made. God flips the farmer the finger and pats the shepherd on the head.
He really shouldn’t have killed Abel, but sheepherders always see, to get a sweet deal as their animals mess up good grazing land.
Anyway, I don’t see what was wrong with some of Cain’s crop.

2 Samuel 12:7-9 New International Version (NIV)7 Then Nathan said to David, âYou are the man! This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: âI anointed you king over Israel, and I delivered you from the hand of Saul. 8 I gave your masterâs house to you, and your masterâs wives into your arms. I gave you all Israel and Judah. And if all this had been too little, I would have given you even more. 9 Why did you despise the word of the Lord by doing what is evil in his eyes? You struck down Uriah the Hittite with the sword and took his wife to be your own. You killed him with the sword of the Ammonites.
You are implying that this is an example of being support FOR polygamy; Right?

Anyway, I donât see what was wrong with some of Cainâs crop.None of us do!
The Lord didn't choose to record the details of His displeasure with it.
We can only guess, surmiss, wonder, ponder, meditate on and/or postulate about it.

Yes and is in context to my original statement.
More support for polygamy than for homosexuals. The punishment for polygamy was multiple mother in laws. The punishment for homosexuality was stoning.
