I guess he would say all of them since they were born here. That was his response when Cruz floated the notion that Trump might not be because his mother was naturalized.

Larger fonts and bolding adds nothing to your assertion.

But bellow away about the front runner anyhow.

My experience was different at Breitbart. I was commenting about voting for either Cruz or Trump when I was attacked by Cruz only supporters.

Seems I kept saying I wouldn't trash either one and I got l-o-n-g responses about how stupid I was. They were not banned.

Since Cruz was born in Canada he must have or have had a Canadian birth certificate.

Did his mother have to register his birth in the USA when they came back, and was another birth certificate issued? What birth information, hospital, etc. is on his USA birth certificate? Has it been released?

I guess he would say all of them since they were born here. That was his response when Cruz floated the notion that Trump might not be because his mother was naturalized.
But for 4 of his 5 (acknowledged) children, their mothers weren't naturalized when the children were born.

I'm definitely hoping that someone will ask Trump which of his children are NBCs, and to justify his answer.

One additional point: I think it was obvious that Cruz raised the point about Trump's mother not as a serious argument, but as an argumentum ad absurdum.

I agree. All the Twitter hypocrites worried about Trump’s “New York values” comments while pro-Trump Freepers whine about Glenn Beck’s phony Tweet: BRING IT ALL. Whoever is our candidate will get every bit of this and more from Cankles, so just buckle up.

They all get weaselly at one time or another. They all stretch the facts to make their points.

As one conservative talk programmer once said, never let facts get in the way of a good story.

My brother was born in Istanbul. My parents were born in the USA as were their great grandparents. My father was stationed in Istanbul as a US NAVY adviser to the Turkish Naval Academy. It was the commonly accepted wisdom then that my brother was not eligible to be president.

My sister and brother-in-law were both born in the U.S. After they'd been married for about 7 years, they went to Indonesia for 18 months because of his job with Hughes. My niece was born during that time.

When she was in Jr. High, she sent a letter to then President, George HW Bush asking if she could run for President. His reply to her was, "Sorry, but no, you are not born in the U.S. You can run for other offices but you may not be President of the U.S."

I use NoScript and just allow Breitbart.com - no more popups or slow script files locking up.

Most of the time I see people getting banned is not because of the opinions stated, but rather the name calling, belligerence, or “stalking.” I a not accusing you of that. I am guilty of some of those from my past.

A new year’s resolution is to not engage in arguments, but discussions.

Different sites have different tolerances. Free Republic tends to be more free than most.

Again, I am not accusing you or suggesting you did any of those things.

Can you tell me which part of the Constitution explains “natural born?

Hint: start with Article II, Section 1 which states, “No Person except a Natural Born Citizen, or ...”

I cannot seem to find a definition of Natural Born, can you?

Tell me what you learned in Civics. I don’t think it was how to define the term. Now tell me who has a screw loose.

So, what you are saying is every soldier who has been overseas and had a baby on that base, that baby is not a citizen? Or a tourist who is pregnant and goes into labor in say, Italy, comes home with a non citizen child? Or an ambassador to a foreign country or an employee sent to a foreign country for a few years. Their children are not citizens? Give me a break.

Agreed that this is idiotic. Trump took the bait from leading anti-conservative law professor Lawrence Tribe, who delights in Conservatives warring on each other, and done more to damage the Constitution than any other American beside Barack Obama.

---yet Trump is championing a Constitution-trasher like Tribe. Count me out.

If they aren't natural-born, then they need to be naturalized, if they haven't been naturalized, they are not citizens at all, have no recognized status, no green card, and can't vote, get a passport, legally work in the US, and under Trump would have to be deported.

Tag-Team Trump and Tribe. Despicable.

Rush Limbaugh said it best when he praised Cruz as a genius in the way he is dealing with the Left and Trump on this birther black helicopter BS.
Giving it a derisive and droll middle finger.
To treat this politically motivated nonsense (remember, Trump confessed that the only reason he brought this silliness up was because Cruz was gaining on him) with anything other than the dismissive contempt it deserves would be playing into the hands of the Far Left and Trump.
Besides, to take any suit to the SCOTUS one has to have standing. And where pray tell, does the fact that Cruz is eligible to be president cause anybody harm?

"I knew when Breitbart started hating Mark Levin their conservative street cred was going in the crapper."

If you like well reasoned objective truth, Mark Levin is not someone you listen to for any reason other than entertainment. Kinda like Rush but louder, kinda like Beck but not yet completely insane.

When all this is over and Ted Cruz is inaugurated, Breitbart is going to regret and go bankrupt for running off their conservative base.
Hope their sucking up to the New York Values hustler was worth it.
Andrew is spinning in his grave.

You may have a point about Beck but only a Hillary plant disguised as a Trumpkin could ever hate on Rush and Levin.
You DO know this is Free Republic and not Breitbart, don’t you?
