Billionaire Donald J. Trump, an early presidential favorite among tea party activists, has a highly unusual history of political contributions for a prospective Republican candidate: He has given most of his money to the other side. ..... Former congressman Thomas M. Davis III (Va.), who served as chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, said Trump’s close ties to some Democrats would be "a huge obstacle, but it’s not insurmountable." Trump, he added, would not be running as a "purity" candidate.

And if a property businessman lived and conducted business in a predominantly republican territory, he’d be branded for supporting republicans. The hoopla is bullshit.

SiteTest, whose career is Trump effectively ending right now?

If he puts that old sod out to pasture, that will go a long way to making up for his past mistakes.

I don’t like the fact he gave them money. I can understand why he did.

Yes!

And to the “conservative purists” I can say with little reservation: after the shitstorm we’re going through, and may survive to January 2017, to hell with purity. I’m all out of bubblegum.

There is no excuse for accepting the horrors of Liberalism in the last twenty five years, not even a quote by an English politician made 75 years ago...

You are wasting your breath on these political morons. They also don’t understand business, so I suppose it’s better to let them live with their purity test. People talked about low information voters for Obama, but, these Cruzbots take the cake.

Reagan was active in the Dem Party for 20 years. That’s a lot different from just making contributions.

Yes, I’m sure Pelosi and Reid couldn’t be of any help to Trump.

Thanks for playing.

He’s worse than hitlery. He has a brain, as untutored and ignorant as it is about most issues that concern a president. hitlery is a vegetable. He will fall back on his liberal instincts once things get a little rough, and he will implement much more liberalism under the guise of being a Republican than hitlery ever could.

And the crony capitalism. His Atlantic City Mafia friends would have a ball with a 4 trillion. dollar government. And I’m sure he work out a great deal with nancy and harry and mitch and paulie. After all, he’s a dealmaker!

Fox. Henhouse.
