"There is a time to be born... a time to keep and a time to cast away."
Jeb, you've been cast away. Good bye.
Cruz under Alan Dershowitz related that Cruz aced his class, was very intelligent and argued the side of being an originalist regarding the interpretation of the Constitution.
Now, based on his own personal and political convenience, Cruz, on the subject of Natural Born Citizenship, is quite liberally interpreting the Constitution to give himself a pass, on Natural Born Citizenship.
For this reason, Dershowitz called Cruz a hypocrite.
Here comes Lawrence Tribe, a liberal, but a renown constitutional scholar saying that the Supreme Court is divided between originalists like Scalia, and the several others who are take the liberal view that the C is a “living” document. How the SC would rule might be an open question and not easy, but this thing is not going away for Cruz. When his polls collapse, then it will go away. Otherwise, Hell is coming. The Senate has refused to give Cruz a congressional pass as they did for McCain.
I just looked at his tax plan it sucks it’s like Jeb Bush tax plan.. 0%, 10%, 20%, 25%!!!
Breaking News: Hannity just said Kasich’s dad was a mailman!
Oh, please. No way. And we’re on the same side. LOL
We shall see. I highly doubt it. I strongly believe Cruz knows he is unqualified. The legal question is trivial. The only way it becomes non-trivial is with an activist court, or activist Congress, and those are certainly possibilities. But the law is about as crystal clear as it gets. Cruz will never ask for a decision on the merits.
I think Cruz and Trump have a sort of truce, but neither one would trust the other as his boss or #2. Their agendas, worldviews and personalities are so very different. That doesn't come out so clear in campaign mode, which is good.
Shame snappy comebacks matter
Woulda ne’er had Washington or Jefferson for sure
Both deliberate
Jefferson kind of reserved even
Oh, and that’s ONLY in NYC, eh?
Funny, that I live in Red State Nebraska - and we got that same crap in Lincoln and Omaha ...
And the faggots, pedophiles, pederasts, and those whack-job “trans-whatever-the-hell-sick-freaks” are attempting to push their perversity into other areas of the state...
Oh, but our mighty GOPe rump swab Governor, Pete Rickets - a Catholic, no less - went right along with the sodomite infatuated, lesbian dominated SCOTUS decision ...
Because, “it’s the law of the land.”
So don’t make like that faggotry crap is isolated to NYC ... ‘Cause, brodduh, it ain’t so!
Was Dershowitz speaking from an island somewhere when he said all this.
Rubio was Born in the USA by two NON Citizen Parents, just like Bobbie Jindal.
He should be a little worried about that.
Fortran is tedious, COBOL less so. This object oriented crap makes you responsible for other peoples f ups. Sucks ass. A lot easier but no one can be held accountable. Constantly learning new stuff that has no future value. Whoever wrote the object is no longer employed if it sucks. If it is great they employ the Peter principle .... His next stuff sucks. BuBey.
Yep! All the news channels said Trump won!
I like both Trump and Cruz so I just regard the haters on both sides as beyond reason.
ROFL!!

I was a little disappointed that Trump didn’t go after Bill Clinton’s sexual abuse of women and Hillary’s part in trying to silence the women. They threw it to the most genial of the group, Carson, and then quickly went to break.
When they came back, I wish Trump had picked it back up and said “I was the one who said it was fair game, and here’s why?” He could have said he’s not interested in Clinton’s sexual exploits but very concerned about all the allegations of sexual abuse. I’m, concerned about Clinton’s 11 trips to the convicted sexual offender Epstein’s island where underage girls were passed around.I’m also very concerned about Hillary’s role in trying to silence these women.”
The response would have been stifling over a minute of cheering and applause.
What? I thought you were already sauced - but I guess you are just in your natural “New York” state of mind.
Friend get real. Now make believe you are a building developer in New York.
Do you really think donating or paying unions, other people, places and political opposites in New York isn’t required?
You have to have permits, zoning, locals on your side or they will find a rare endangered lizard on your construction site and break your back and bank.
IMO when people I like here complain about this topic I figure two reasons.
#1 They like another candidate and just have to figure some slam even if not true.
#2 some here might not get how sometimes business in the big city gets done.
No matter who Donald is, anyone would need to do what he did to thrive in NY.
I think Trump is a a patriot and an older guy wanting to do great things for his country before he passes on. I think he cares for real.
He is NOT A PERFECT PERSON, but if we had Trump instead of Romney in 2008 we would not have had a loss, Isis, a pull out of Iraq, Arab Spring backing or an Iran of the rise and I think you know that.
I alternate between being just a cynical realist and being an angry realist. Cynical, mostly, but eyes open, etc. I'll do okay except in the case there is extreme and widespread violence. Not a "prepper," just resourceful, helpful, accepted into small communities on account of being helpful, calming, useful, etc.
“New York is not the center of America.”
Uh, if you knew your U.S. history, you’d know that New York HAS in fact been the financial and commerce center of this country ever since the Erie Canal was built.
