Iran state television released images of the 10 U.S. sailors that the Iranian military held in custody overnight Tuesday.
ABC News first reported the photos, which appeared after the sailors were released by Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps Wednesday morning.

What happened here. Since the pentagon rarely tells us the real story ( “work place violence”) we have no basis to believe them now. I want to know what those two boats were doing and why. How do two boats have engine problems and “drift “into another nations sovereign waters? How in the hell did we give them this technology? Who is responsible for both boats drifting aimlessly inside Iranian waters ( which we admit). Something is wrong with this picture and we need answers.

Looks like one guy with a rifle and a mounted machine gun in an open fiberglass fishing boat. The US boat has multiple mounted machine guns, and typically a 50 caliber machine gun. Oh, and presumably some armor. And if we didn't have a liberal fool as Commander in Chief, the US boat could call in some help in case of trouble - something like an MH-60 or an F/A-18. There is not much a few guys in a fiberglass boat can do against either aircraft other than run or jump overboard.

If the Iranians hold the sailors it becomes a huge international incident, makes big problems for Barry & Kerry so that future capitulations to Iran become impossible, and fuels US anger that feeds the Trump phenomena.
This way is short and sweet: Iran scores a propaganda triumph in the Muslim world for humiliating the US while knowing that this will be swept down the memory hole by the US media and the incident forgotten by the next news cycle, and thus allowing Barry & Kerry to continue to concede to Iranian bad behavior on things related to the nuclear “deal.”
There seems to have been some internal debate in the Iranian leadership whether to hold or not to hold, with the nots ultimately prevailing.
There’s no proof we were ‘in their waters’... that’s just the Iranian claim and it’s highly unlikely.
