Hillary Clinton expanded on a plan to make the wealthiest Americans pay higher taxes, rolling out a new "surcharge" on multimillionaires that would restore the top tax rate to levels that haven't been in place for 30 years.

How about a minimum tax on the 50% who pay no income tax now?
Because paying about 40% of all income taxes just isn’t enough. All this extra money would be, of course, to fund special liberal Dem projects and giveaways to special Dem groups. It’s not the Democratic Party...it’s the Thief Party.
If Trump accomplishes nothing else, putting this filthy degenerate beast behind bars must be a top priority.
Here’s a better idea: Close down all the Federal Government social programs and the Departments which administer them.
Sounds like she’s getting desperate.
“Fair share” is an opinion, not a fact. Add to this the fact that there is already a minimum tax called the AMT but what is the truth to Madam “At this point, what difference does it make?”
This would be on top of Obama’s added taxes for the ACA and the reinstatement of limits to Schedule A, itemized deductions that are computed after the AGI. The Progressive inside Shrillary is mighty fearing that the low information voter will be captured by that magician from Vermont!
Yep, she is running to the left as fast as possible because she is behind Bernie in the great money grab. Gimme, gimme, gimme! All your money are belong to us!
tax the poor
tax everybody their fair share
if you want to opt out of being an American then you can pay no tax
tax the Clinton foundation 75% since it is unearned income
This will thrill the American people in nearly all states, like the lady in FL said when Obama was elected: she wouldn’t have to worry any longer about her house and car payments.
she stated “corporations”.....like she really is going to screw Wall street...
Hillary STOLE all of her money, if you include influence peddling.
And where does this economic genius, Hillary, think corporations get their money to pay taxes? Higher taxes, no problem, we will just raise prices to earn our required return. Better yet, maybe they can just move HQ to another country.
Did she mention anything about cutting spending?
What you call a “beast”, I’m afraid the American people still adore.
I heard some time ago that the top one 1% earn 19% of all income, but pay 38% of all income taxes.
If true, the top 1% are already paying DOUBLE what they should be paying.
If the top 1% earn 19% of the income, they should pay 19% of the taxes, NOT 38%.
Hillary is full of crap. Then again, she is a democrat, so no one should be surprised.
The rats blow the dust off their class warfare book every election cycle.
When it’s time to have a ‘LADY’ in the Oval Office, it will happen....
It will not ever be Hillary, she isn’t a lady in any sense of the word, there are absolutely no words printable to describe this sick, vile, evil, ‘thing’ that wanders the streets....believe me, I have ridden with the best, I have met a lot of people in my life, business people, everyday people, ‘high up’ people and there is a lot of words I could use to describe this ‘thing’ but I will remember first, I’m a ‘LADY’ and won’t....
more and more and more taxes, suppressing the American economy and jobs
but Hillary is dirt=poor (having apparently sold all the furniture she stole from the White House)
so she won’t have to pay a cent in the new taxes, will she?

How about a 75 percent tax on ex-politicians who earn profits on books and speaking engagements. Clinton, Gore etc. made millions they would not have made, were it not for having been in the White House. It would be for the public good to return those ill-gained millions to share with the people. While we’re at it, divert all those funds back to the treasury. And no pension over $100G. And no security detail with guns, because guns don’t protect people, that’s what they say. Save more public money that way for the people.
Thanks SES1066.
