Reporters and analysts who are trying to understand Mr. Trump would be well served by slowing down and reading this nearly three-decade-old bestseller.
They would discover that Donald Trump has developed a remarkable set of rules and principles that allow him to make decisions with incredible speed.
Mr. Trump knows a lot, but what is amazing is how rapidly he figures out what he doesn't know.
My favorite story is of the Wollman Skating Rink in New York's Central Park.
The Wollman Rink was a heavily used public skating rink which had fallen into disrepair in 1980...

I saw a tiny it of the Trump Effect on liberals tonight. I stopped at my watering hole for a pint while cnn was showing the crowd filing in. I spoke to a friend and remarked that it looked like he would have a full house. The guy next to us who I am (was)friends with as well said “oh f you and Donald Trump” using all the words. Keep in mind that we are both over 50. We had a few more words that resulted in his apology to me. I honestly thought that that man and I had different ideas but could be civil. I was proven wrong. Liberalism is a disease that may cause fits at any time.
