It’s a 4% margin of error, so it’s a statistical tie, but I’d rather be up than down.
That said, the poll is among the old landline dominant variety with about 2/3 to 1/3 balance between landline and cellphone.
Those are the methods that have been proven wrong around the globe recently. Non-response rate, variability of respondent, and respondent pool have made the landline a negative rather than a plus.
So, it’s wise to view the MOE as closer to the truth.
If that poll holds up Cruz will have about 2 more delegates than Trump for a week. Enjoy it while it lasts.

I'm a big Trump supporter and would certainly support Cruz if he won the nomination. I think it's fairly obvious that Trump is hitting Cruz at a political weak spot. It's nothing though compared to what the Dems will do to him come the General Election. If Cruz can't survive this he'd have absolutely zero chance in the General.

Does anyone really believe the founders would consider say an anchor baby with Chinese parents a natural born citizen that would be eligible to serve as POTUS? What about the children of all the trophy wives living in the middle east or Russia are those all natural born citizens and also eligible to serve as POTUS?
Some adult female gets infatuated with say an ISIS fighter and goes to Syria, gets knocked up and has a child. That child lives with his dad until he is an adult then the child comes to the USA and that child is a NBC and can run for president? This scenario is exactly why the founders put the NBC clause into the Constitution. Void it and you or your children will regret it.
